Unlike last summer where he had to strip down for the launch of the Jabot marketing campaign, there will be no campaigns this year. Mealor hinted that fans will “see more of Kyle, that’s for sure!”
“It will be fun, because this is the first time we will see him in this light — head over heels in love! We’ve seen him as a jerk, as a businessman, as a family man, with him being a caretaker for Dina, and we’ve seen him hurt… but now we will get to see what Kyle looks like when he’s in love, what he’s willing to do and what he’s willing to sacrifice!” he continued.
Viewers may recall that Kyle’s feelings for Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) has grown stronger than ever and the actor hinted, he’ll do anything for the love of his life. However, he also can’t deny that he still has feelings for Summer Newman (Hunter King).
Mealor said, “I do believe that they will always have a piece of each other’s hearts. He does care for her. There are residual feelings, but they might be very, very subtle. And that doesn’t mean that he doesn’t genuinely care for Lola, because he does love her. He will go to the ends of the earth for her!”

And when it comes to seeing a hotter and sexier Kyle, his portrayer smiled and said, “Summers are a lighter time of the year with soaps. It’s not quite so heavy and dark, so we’re trying to lighten it up… and that might mean the clothes are falling to the floor a little bit!”

To syrupy sweet at times for me , Summer has been behaving as of late but I just can’t see it lasting . I think Theo and she will play a role in screwing with wedding some how …. will be waiting for disaster , plus momma Celeste , always drama.!
Yes and no. Sometimes I like him and sometimes I don’t. I hate when he lets Summer get to him. Can’t stand her. Her clothing lately is pretty ugly.

It’s so hideous what Lola has done to herself and to Summer! She went from virginal and principled to a skanky back-stabber, shacking up with a married man! Who gets engaged to a married man? Who has a bridal shower while her fiancée is still married? It’s all absurd! Summer risked her life to save Lola’s sorry worthless a$$, and Kyle made lifetime promises to Summer that he walked away from once Summer gave Lola her liver… Lola should’ve just died, and a grieving Rey should’ve left town. I can’t stand them!
I do like Kyle,… But NOT with Lola! She is way too boring for him! Summer has some fire and
spunk…. Always exciting watching them on screen! There is the real chemistry! Hope they heat up again although he really doesn’t deserve her after what he did to her…. And love Summer’s new man! Now there is something to look at!!

I was always a Kyle Abbott fan, but I love him even more now. I love how Lola has inspired him to be a better man. She is definitely the woman for him. I am looking forward to a summer of romance and hopefully a big wedding for them!
