The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Mishael Morgan is back to the CBS soap opera, but she won’t be playing Hilary Hamilton. Instead, she will be a brand-new character, a lawyer named Amanda Sinclair. We assume she was hired by Chance Chancellor (John Driscoll), but that hasn’t been confirmed just yet.

The fans have had mixed reactions to her return. Even so, Mishael is excited and she reached out to her Instagram followers about her shocking and surprising return to Y&R. Here’s what you need to know about Morgan’s return.

“That’s right… I’m back!. This has been the hardest secret to keep! I am so happy & honored to return,” the actress wrote. “The time off was such a welcomed blessing, as I learned to juggle life, family & career, but I am so happy to be home! I want to take a second and thank all you diehard fans out there, who supported me so fiercely.”

“This opportunity only came about because of YOU. I am so excited to be back home, doing what I love, with all of you cheering me on. I look forward to this new adventure and I hope to create something new but just as special as that girl you all loved to hate. Cheers to this new chapter, with old friends. Now let’s do the damn thing,” Mishael wrote on Instagram.

Y&R Spoilers – Is Amanda Sinclair Related To Hilary Curtis On Y&R?

The one thing most of the Y&R fans assume is that it will come out that Amanda will be somehow related to Hilary. Perhaps, it will come out that she is her twin sister that no one knew about. Then, there is a select few that believe that she is really Hilary, who never really died.

The one take away we get from Morgan’s message is that her character is new and she is thrilled to be working with her old friends. That seems to suggest that she will be working with Bryton James, who plays Devon Hamilton, and possibly Christel Khalil, who plays Lily Winters.

      Please give Adam a second chance. Give him a happy family life with Sharon, a daughter and access to his sons. Let him move on from his dysfunctional family and let good Samaritan Nick who cares so much for the homeless that he shacks up with his brothers con artist ex wife stew in his screwed up relationship.

      Adam and Sharon successful marriage and Adam create a successful business to rival Newman.
