First off, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will have an interesting discussion with Alyssa Montalvo (Maria DiDomenico). As Y&R viewers will remember, Victoria approached Alyssa at the Grand Phoenix and struck up a conversation about some people that the two of them had in common…people who weren’t Alyssa’s friends.

Of course, Y&R viewers know that Victoria’s talking about Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), who are currently stringing Alyssa along about that article that she wrote exposing Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) as her father’s killer. It looks like Victoria may tell Alyssa that Adam and Chelsea have ulterior motives, and she might start by telling Alyssa that Adam has no intention of publishing her article!

Of course, Victoria stands to turn Alyssa against Adam if she reveals that Adam can’t both publish the story and remain CEO of Newman Enterprises. Alyssa will probably be horrified to learn that Adam only used her story for personal gain, so Victoria may claim an ally in Alyssa very soon.

Meanwhile, on Monday’s new episode of Y&R, Victor will meet with Adam at Newman Enterprises. Victor will probably not appreciate the fact that Adam took down his portrait in the CEO office, and he may want to have a talk with Adam about exactly how things are going to be going forward. Y&R spoilers say that Victor will make a significant threat during their exchange.

In addition, it seems that Victor will give Adam a chance to rescind his current course of action. It looks like Victor will make it clear that Adam can choose to walk away from the CEO spot, but that if he continues to move forward, then any consequences will be his to pay. Of course, Adam’s probably not going to back down at this point, since he figures that he’s got Victor right where he wants him.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: What Does Victor Newman Know That Adam Newman Doesn’t?

Y&R viewers will probably see a lengthy exchange between Victor and Adam, as Adam rehashes all the evidence that he’s got that “proves” that Victor committed murder all those years ago in Kansas. Of course, there seems to be much more to the story, and ongoing Y&R spoilers say that Adam’s plot to blackmail his father for the CEO spot is going to blow up spectacularly.

Now, whether Victor ends up doing something to blow up Adam’s plan, or whether Victoria’s alliance with Alyssa ends up ruining things for Adam remains to be seen. But it seems that both Adam and Chelsea will soon regret their actions and the disaster that they unintentionally set into motion.

It looks like their evening will culminate in a passionate kiss, so it should be a first date to remember for sure!
