Young and the Restless Spoilers Monday December 2: Billy and Victoria Discuss Job Hunting, Chelsea Gives Nick Bad News, and Nate Confronts Elena

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday December 2nd indicate that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) discuss job hunting, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) tells Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) that she’s moving out, and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) confronts Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) about Amanda Sinclair (Mishel Morgan).

Young and the Restless Spoilers – Billy’s next step

Billy and Victoria are at Society discussing the job hunt, and she offers to help him with his search. The two play a word association game, and Billy gets excited about the word construction. Victoria mentions the possibility of him working at New Hope with Nick. Billy refuses and says he needs to find something on his own. Billy leaves as Victoria takes a call, and as he’s exiting he has an angry look on his face.

Later Nick arrives at Society to see Victoria. They talk about Connor’s problems, and Victoria says Connor and Chelsea are lucky to have Nick. He says he knows Victoria isn’t Chelsea’s biggest fan, but Adam is the problem not Chelsea. Nick says Adam isn’t going to get what he wants, then talks about Chelsea being vulnerable and how people in that state of mind do crazy stuff. Victoria mentions Billy’s situation.

Billy is shown at the bar having a drink when Amanda arrives. He stares at her, and Amanda mentions Hilary’s name. A drunk guy comes up to the bar and starts hitting on Amanda. Billy tries to stop the guy, but Amanda handles the situation by telling the guy to leave. Amanda offers to buy Billy a drink, but he takes a raincheck. Amanda then leaves, and Billy ignores a call from Victoria. Billy sips on his drink as Victoria leaves a message for him.

Young and the Restless Spoilers – Chelsea’s move

At Nick’s home, Chelsea tells him about Adam’s request that she move in to be near Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) full-time. Nick can’t believe Chelsea’s going through with the idea. Chelsea reassures Nick he’s her true love, and nothing will happen with her and Adam. Nick says there’s no line that Adam won’t cross, then leaves.

Nick returns home just as Chelsea is packing. Chelsea says she’s going through with this because he needs her, and Nick asks if it’s Connor or Adam. Nick says it’s unfair that she’s leaving him and Christian Newman (Alex Wilson). Chelsea says she’s not leaving him, they’ll still be together. Nick says he’s not going to let her walk out the door without letting her know how he feels. Chelsea says he’s making this difficult and the move is because of Connor, not Adam. Nick says he doesn’t trust Adam, but knows Connor needs her. Nick says if this is what she wants, he’ll support her. The two hug before Chelsea leaves.

Young and the Restless Spoilers – Nate’s confrontation with Elena

At his penthouse, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) learns from Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) that Colin Atkinson (Tristan Rogers) escaped from police custody. An angry Devon tells Elena someone is going to pay for Cane Ashby (Daniel Goodard) and Colin’s actions. Elena mentions how this isn’t what Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John) would want. Devon says Cane was in on the plan, but Elena isn’t sure. Elena says this isn’t the way for Devon to handle things, and reminds him he can’t push her away because she’s not going anywhere.

Nate arrives at the Grand Phoenix to see Amanda. Nate asks what’s next for Amanda, and she mentions something about breaking free. He reminds her that Genoa City has a lot to offer, and she agrees with him. Amanda says her face is causing a lot of trouble, then mentions Elena calling her a cold-hearted bitch and warned her to stay away from Nate.

Amanda wonders if Elena is right. Devon and Elena walk in and overhear Amanda, Devon responds those are the truest words Amanda has ever spoken. When Devon asks why Amanda and Nate are spending time together, Nate says that Amanda was his lawyer. Devon talks about Amanda scamming out of his money, which causes her to leave. As Nate defends Amanda, Devon responds that she’s been brought and paid for. Nate tries to talks some sense into Devon and Elena, but Devon says Amanda should’ve quit when she find out about her resemblance to Hilary.

Devon leaves to make a call, while Elena warns Nate about seeing Amanda. Nate says that when he looks at Amanda, he doesn’t see Hilary, which is what Devon is doing. Elena says that Amanda was part of Colin’s scheme. Nate says he can’t avoid Amanda because of her resemblance to Hilary. When Elena learns that Nate’s trying to convince Amanda to stay in Genoa City, she asks him to think about what it’ll do to Devon.

Young and the Restless Spoilers – Chance helps Abby

At the Grand Phoenix, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) is fretting to Chance about the robbery. He offers his help, and when Abby asks about him leaving town, he says he’s staying put. Abby begins posting on social media hoping to lure the thief to the hotel, and Chance says the cameras will catch him in the act. The two chat for a bit before a woman steps off the elevator and says she’s been robbed.
