Young and the Restless Spoilers: Money Laundering Scheme Is Really Chelsea’s Way of Getting Back at Chloe?

The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) may have an ulterior motive when she asks Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) and Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) to get involved in her money laundering scheme.
It looks like Chelsea’s pledge of staying on the straight and narrow is about to be broken. Upcoming spoilers say that Chelsea will go back to her conning ways when she enlists the help of Chloe and Kevin in a money laundering scheme.
To viewers this is a welcome relief because they’ve been critical of Chelsea’s character since her return. The character has become boring due in part to her relationship with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and her new status as Genoa City’s heroine.
But with Chelsea going back to being a bad girl, this has fans intrigued with what’s in store for her character.
It also has driven speculation on why she brings Kevin and Chloe in on her latest scam.
After receiving a $5 million dollar inheritance from her late husband Calvin Boudreau (John Burke), Chelsea learned Calvin’s money came from illegal activity. She asks for Kevin’s help in laundering the money, and he along with Chloe agree to go along with the plan.
Since Chloe and Kevin are Chelsea’s friends, she trusts them to help her carry out this plan. But can they trust her?

Speculation is that Chelsea may be concocting this scheme as a way to get payback against Chloe and Kevin. When Chelsea learned that Chloe was alive and back in Genoa City, she was furious. Chelsea was quick to unleash her wrath on her former friend whom she blamed for Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) bitter attitude. Chloe is the one that caused the cabin explosion making people think Adam was dead and keeping Adam away from his son Connor Newman (Judah Mackey).
Even though Chelsea eventually made up with Chloe, deep down she could still have some resentment. She may even want revenge against Chloe for destroying her family.
By having Chloe and Kevin part of her scheme, Chelsea could be setting them up to lose their freedom and their family.

Kevin and Chloe have gotten their freedom back and Kev got his old job back at the police station and on to the ” straight and narrow ” in GC – why would they want to put all this on the line like that – pretty damn DUMB ! What is wrong with all these people ?
It seems as if Kevin and Chloe got away with everything that they did which wad wrong because
as soon as Michael got into the DA’s chair he gave them their freedom. Well, Chelsea is about to turn the tides on them.
Nothing personal against the actors but I am sick and tired of Kevin and Chloe’s criminal activity. They have both robbed, Kevin has illegally given away GC police information on a regular basis whilst previously working for Paul, how many times has Chloe tried to kill Adam 3/4. I like Paul’s character but I hate these stories because they make Paul look ineffectual and stupid. It’s such a sham these actors can’t be given better believable stories, how many time have we watched these same stupid scheme’s . I don’t want Kevin and Chloe to stay if this crap is all they ever going to pull. Paul needs to fire Kevin for good and kick his butt in jail.
Yes I hope Adam and Victor has a relationship . I loved the show today them pouring out their real feelings. Hope to see them more together they are so much alike . Both are great actors just love Y and R .
