Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers indicate that Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) storyline has turned into a disastrous mess. Fans could feel as if danger was on the horizon for Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei); however, sadly, a confrontation between Sharon and Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) resulted in Heather’s demise, and Sharon is currently scrambling to keep all eyes off her.
Still, what does this mean for a Shick reunion?
The Yung And The Restless Spoilers – Team Shick Wants To See Nick & Sharon Together
Y&R spoilers note that Shick fans are always rooting for Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon to reunite. The high school sweethearts always seem to find their way back to each other, but Sharon has dug way too deep of a hole to allow that to happen.
It’s clear that Sharon is still in love with Nick. Her lack of bipolar meds is revealing the big emotions she has for her ex; however, this is also skewing her judgement. Sadly, the end of this storyline looks like it may only widen the gap of any possible romance between Shick for the time being.
Y&R Spoilers – The Fallout Will Be Ugly
Y&R spoilers hint that the truth around Heather’s death will come out. As Sharon blacked out during Heather’s demise, there’s a good chance she did not murder her, but that doesn’t mean she’ll get off scot-free.
After all, she believed she did kill Heather after she found her lying lifeless in a pool of blood. Sharon not only cleaned up the crime scene, but she also dumped poor Heather off a bridge and into river.
On top of all that, she took her phone, unlocked it using Heather’s corpse as a face ID, and played manipulative mind games with both Daniel and Heather’s father, Paul Williams (Doug Davidson). She even pretended to be a stranger who had Heather’s phone and wanted to return it.
Nick loves Sharon, but her actions could repulse him. Once he finds out what she did – as he will eventually find out – it’ll be difficult for him to excuse her behavior. Especially since she purposely didn’t take her bipolar medication or seek help.
He, Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster), and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) worked so hard to try and stop her from hurting herself or someone else. The very act of Sharon not seeking treatment or taking her meds was selfish on many different levels.
Even if Sharon doesn’t face prison for her actions, she’ll have a stint at a mental health facility and will likely get committed. She’ll need a lot of time to heal and get better, and while Nick maybe by her side, it’ll only be as a friend.
As disappointing as the thought is, any Shick fans hoping for a long-awaited reunion between these two will have to wait far much longer for anything of this sort to happen.

I stopped watching after the episode where Sharon gets rid of the body. This is a terrible storyline for a beloved character. Whether or not she actually killed Heather is irrelevant, her actions are unforgivable, even in the soap opera world. She intentionally tried to cause harm to Daniel and got caught. Please turn this into a really long dream sequence and let Sharon get the help she deserves. Until then I’ll keep skipping her storyline until something changes.

Exactly! How could it still be on and why is it that no other calls have come in on it. Only one and just happens to be when Chance (the only detective on the force) is there. And how did he manage to get back on the force so quickly and be able to pick the only case active in the city!
No kidding, I said the same thing when I saw the episode yesterday, the writers really doesn’t put much thought in these story lines, they must think us fans are stupid

I’m hating these timeliness. They say it has been 20 years since Cassie died, Faith is supposed to be 21. But nick and Sharon got involved afterwards when they tried to find Daniel. And it was over a year after they got involved that Phyllis got pregnant with Summer. Which would mean that Summer should only be about 17. And Faith was born about 3 years after Summer. Which would put her at about 14 years old and Lucy maybe about 12 to 14 years old. So why let it show the obvious screw up on timeliness? Am I wrong?
I would like to see Nick and Phyllis…. Sharon plays a great crazy. It would be nice to see her “get healthy ” by taking the appropriate steps/treatment on her own without being saved again. She needs to mee a new, sexy, healthy relationship love interest… Wait, I am talking about a soap operate…. hahaha.
This story is ridiculous all the writers should be fired!! How in the world even in soap world can one women pick up a dead body and get her down a flight of stairs and throw her over a bridge into the river, I love Young and the Restless but this is a terrible story line

Thank Goodness. Y&R is loosing its entertainment factor. It’s like watching prime time. I like to be entertained. Have not been watching lately. We just read the index for the day and go watch something else.

I’m probably the only one in these comments who wants Sharon and Nick together. I hate Nick and Phyllis! At least Sharon is bipolar, what’s Phyllis’ excuse? Let’s face it, nearly every character has killed someone or thought they killed someone. I think Nick and Sharon have more story to be told. Definitely no Phyllis!
I find this storyline so disappointing and disturbing. There is no coming back from this for Sharon. She believes she killed Heather and then tried to conceal the truth. The act was bad enough but the coverup is beyond redemption. Since the writing has been so horrible lately, I’d expect Daniel to go to jail and then for Sharon to be exposed as the killer. Very sad and pathetic story. Daniel & Lucy & Paul will forever effed up and Sharon will be pariah. Having just celebrated Sharon Case’s half life on this soap, it feels like she cannot continue her life in Genoa City. Crappy outcome for Cassie’s memory, as well as Nick & her children.

Hell no. She had all the chances to get help and she ignore them. Even if she was not the killer, what she did wirh thw body and put the blame on Daniel is disgusting and she belongs in prison. I like Nick too much for him to end up with her.
