Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) appeared to offer a verbal clue on ‘The Young and the Restless’. He was adamant in wanting Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) to be included in Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) wake. Why?
Savvy Y&R fans noticed the oddity of Adam being included in the group text Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) sent to family members. Victor authorized her to do so due to the gravity of this condition, or so that’s what was said.
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) has made many biting comments to her frenemy, Adam. The most telling among them could be the one she offered after learning of Victor’s supposed death.

She thought it was ironic that Adam was the only person who thought Victor was indestructible. The comment was offered along with Phyllis’ knowledge that Adam had manipulated his father’s medication. Then, after doing so, Adam’s actions seemed to cause Victor’s death.
However, included in Phyllis’ rant were her feelings that they should be celebrating Victor’s demise, as he had ruined her life. This was a reference to Marco Anaselli (Peter Bergman in a dual role).
He had also treated Adam terribly. Phyllis added that Victor’s rare blood disease, rather than a few days of double-dose pills. likely did ‘Mr. Ruthless’ in.

Assuming what seems part of the ruse, Nick wants Adam to be at the wake so he can continue enduring punishment. That’s what Victor’s faked death ruse is all about.
Dr. Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) reviewed a blood test that certainly would have shown increased medication levels. Nate also suspected Adam of having stolen his tablet during an encounter at Society.
Clearly Nate would have found elevated chemical levels in his patient’s test results and told Victor. The Mustache must have put two and two together and hatched a plan to fake his own death for Adam’s benefit.

There is always a reason to wonder if any long-tenured daytime actor is taking a break, or has gone off-contract. Retirement is also an option for some. But in Braeden’s case, he’s not indicated that any of the above scenario’s were true. A traditional retrospective series of scenes would have been shown during recent weeks if he had, in fact, been leaving for good.

Soap opera fans also know that anyone with Braeden’s solid Y&R resume and career length on the show, which dates back to 1980, would not be purposely written out by having Victor collapse on the floor at the Ranch and die. No, he would go out in glorious, memorable style.
Victor is indestructible, invincible, and always one step ahead. And, the fans are in on this ruse, which is aimed at Adam. This site is a leading source for everything linked to ‘The Young and the Restless’.

Yes I do. Yet another situation where one rule for Victor. How can anyone criticise Adams parenting, fake death to your entire family is extremely thoughtless, the distress this would cause is troubling. No responsible parents would do such a thing. Sharon, Phyllis and Chelsea should be furious with Nick and his parents for what this stupidity would do to their children.
Victor fake death, because he found out Katherine’s will was false , and the other grandsons o sons… transfers the heritance to Adam.. orhe think that Adam is the only one intelligent enough and ruthless as his was is Adam to take control of the Newman
s empire, because Victoria and Nick are brats and useless without daddy’s help. I don’t like Nicki’s character he is so false and cheesey.

Adam is no worse than any of the others. Why is he being persecuted so? Victor has done much worse than Adam.
Adam has nothing to do with Katherine’s inheritance and whoever is contesting it
is Chance himself so how did Adam’s name get in it?
Adam doesn’t want to take control of Newman Enterprises, he turned that down
and you know why too because of the other Newman siblings that didn’t give him
a time of a day. That’s true Dickolas and Victoria are brats and when something
goes wrong, they run to daddy cause they can’t solve it on their own.

Victor isn’t dead, again! I am getting so tired of this crap. And how long is this going to last? I’m so tired of Nick and Nicki and how illegal is it to pretend your dead? Writers get it together this sucks!!!!!
Nick and Nickie know about the fake death. Possible Victoria and Abby know also. My only concern with the y&r is the two lip sucking girls they have on, If they don’t stop all the kissing between them, I am going to stop watching the show. I’ve had all I can handle with it being cramped down my throat. God didn’t create woman for woman and who ever the writers are must be one accord and draws great pleasure out of seeing that we have to watch this but if it keeps up the rating of the Y&R are going to start going down. If not already. Like I said get rid of both or at least one of them. I hate to have to give up my only soap that I watch and watched since day one.
I think Victor’s fake death is so fake.Couldn’t the writers come up with something else?So is Victor going to b reserected by Dr.Nate Hastings,? Since when do doctors carry there hospital tablets with them? They usually leave them at the hospital not carry them around with them when they r on a break .Only in soap land .And do not put Sharon and Jack together.Let Sharon stop hopping from bed to bed.And l love the idea of Michelle Morgan returning.But since when can u contest a will after 6 yrs u learn something new each day.Get rid of Theo and Summer send them with Phyllis and Adam to Dubia or some place far away.
adam is pure evil and he needs to move back to las vegas, this is so not adam, i at least like the other actors but this one i can’t stand him.
oh i think adam is helping chance, remember they were friends in las vegas and there had to be a real reason he came back to genoa city.
