Young and the Restless Spoilers Thursday September 18: Adam A Suspect In Victor’s Death, Jack Learns Victor’s Dead, and Devon Gets A Shock

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday September 19th indicate that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will become a suspect in the death of Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden), Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) learns of Victor’s passing, and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) is stunned to find a double for his wife Hilary Curtis (Mishael Morgan).

Jack is back home at the Abbott mansion when Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) comes in to inform him about Victor’s death. Jack is stunned and felt that Victor was one of those people that would live forever, and he comments that the world as we know it is gone. Traci says that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) knows and is in shock.

Jack reminisces about Victor’s part in Ashley’s life, then talks about his feud with Victor. Traci says that Jack misses Victor and he confirms her statement. He says that the longtime feud with Victor helped motivate him into the person he is. Traci talks about how Victor’s death meant losing the last part of her daughter Colleen Carlton (Tammin Sursok). Traci then brings up Jack’s trip, and he responds that whatever he was looking for, he had it all along.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Jack Abbott Stops By Newman Ranch

Jack stops by the ranch to see Nikki and asks if he help in any way. The two start chatting and Jack talks about the last time he saw Victor at Society. Jacks says Nikki’s love is what kept Victor going and Jack wants to follow Victor’s advice. Later Jack goes to Society and orders a drink, then toasts to Victor.

At Society, Devon is having lunch with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and they’re discussing Victor’s death. Devon still can’t believe Victor’s gone. Nate then brings up Katherine Chancellor’s (Jeanne Cooper) will. Devon says he met with a lawyer and thinks there won’t be an ugly court battle. Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) interrupts to say that anything’s possible.

She joins him for lunch and asks if he’s worried about the lawyer challenging Katherine’s will. Devon says there’s no way it’s going to happen. Jill wonders if Chance (Josh Driscoll) or Tucker McCall (Stephen Nichols) is behind this, but Devon doesn’t want to talk about it. Jill asks how Devon’s doing and he replies that everything’s going well and he’s very happy, and that things will get better.

Later Devon is at home when the doorbell rings – he answers and is stunned to see a Hilary look-a-like standing there.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Suspicion Falls On Adam Newman

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is at Society when she call Summer Newman (Hunter King), she leaves a voicemail, then when she hangs up Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) sends a text asking to meet her. Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) is at Nick’s place when she receives a call from Adam, but she ignores it. Meanwhile, Adam is at his penthouse calling Chelsea about seeing Connor Newman (Judah Mackey).

Back at Nick’s place, he and Chelsea talk about whether Adam was involved in Victor’s death. Nick says for the time being it’s best if Connor’s not around Adam. Later Phyllis stops by and she says that Summer’s ignoring her calls. Nick advises it’s best to give Summer some space. When Phyllis brings up Victor’s death, Nick says he doesn’t want to talk about it and brings up Phyllis’ hatred towards his father.

Phyllis brings up Victor’s disease and Nick realizes she must’ve found out from Adam, and Nick brings up his suspicion that Adam killed Victor. He tells Phyllis that if she has proof Adam was involved she need to help them. Phyllis becomes angry and says she only stopped by to offer her condolences. Nick asks if Phyllis knows anything about Adam’s connection to Victor’s death and she responds she doesn’t know anything.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Rey Rosales Investigates The Death

At the ranch Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is comforting Summer and Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway). Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) comes by to offer his condolences and asks if he can do anything. Nikki tells Paul that Victor’s death was a homicide and to arrest his killer. She then tells him that Adam is their main suspect. Paul understands them wanting answers about Victor’s death, but doesn’t think it’s murder. Nikki again states that Adam is responsible and asks Paul to start an investigation.

At Crimson Lights, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) are discussing Victor’s death. Sharons asks if Mariah has spoken to anyone in the family, and Mariah wonders if she’s more concerned about Adam. Sharon says she is worried about him, but she’s not rushing over there to offer her support. Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) stops by to chat with Sharon, then their conversation is cut short when Paul comes in.

Paul pulls Rey aside to tell him he’s investigating Victor’s death and he thinks Adam’s involved, Rey says he can’t wait to arrest Adam. As they’re talking Adam arrives, and Rey offers his condolences and comments it happend so suddenly. Adam says he didn’t kill his father and tells Rey they’re done. Rey says the investigation is just getting started and he’s keeping an eye on Adam. A shocked Sharon confronts Rey about accusing Adam of murder then storms off. Later Rey receives a call from Paul who says the reports shows high leves of medication in Victor’s blood and this is officially a homicide investigation.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Phyllis Summers Offers Fake Sympathy

Phyllis arrives at The Grand Phoenix to meet with Abby, Summer, and Chelsea. She tells Abby she’s sorry to hear about Victor’s passing. Summer tells Phyllis it’s best if she skips the meeting for today. Phyllis says she owns part of the company, and Summer tells her to leave, she doesn’t want Phyllis offering fake sympathy.

Phyllis says all she wants to do is be there for Summer, but Summer walks out on Phyllis. Abby comments about Phyllis making Victor’s passing all about her, then says nobody needs Phyllis. But Phyllis reminds them that they’re stuck with her whether they like it or not. At the ranch, Nick says Adam is going to suffer the consequences of his actions and she wants to see him pay.

Sharon stops by Adam’s penthouse and wants to know why everyone suspects him of killing Victor. Adam says he doesn’t know why. He then begins talking about his relationship with his father.
