The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) might no longer have jobs, but at least they have each other. That is, for now. While they are certainly getting very hot and heavy right now, there’s a good chance that these two might end up facing some serious obstacles in the coming weeks. Here’s what you need to know.
Now that Sharon is no longer behind bars for the murder of JT Hellstrom, she and Rey can finally start their life together. Right now they don’t know where their relationship is going to lead them, but both are willing to give it a chance.

Actor Jordi Vilasuso tells CBS Soaps in Depth in a new interview, “It’s a new chapter in his life. But it’s a mixed bag of getting past what happened with JT and getting into a relationship with a woman who he has been in love with for some time.”
With that being said, there are still trust issues between them. After all, Rey did arrest his girlfriend for a crime that she didn’t commit! And while things are looking very hopeful right now, no one is sure how long this new feeling is going to last.

Jordi adds, “Rey is excited but there are nerves. It’s not high school nervousness; it’s the adult kind of nervousness. There is a certain comfort that they feel with each other already, and I think they feel they deserve each other. She’s been through so much in her life already and Rey has been through so much in his life. Now they are starting on this new path together, wherever it may lead.”

With Michele Stanford coming back, I see a reuniting with Jack or Nick. Since Sharon and Rey are new together their fire will probably burn out quickly. I don’t see Faith taking to Rey at all. So…Nick may have to come in and save Sharon from making a big mistake.
