Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers hint that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will continue to try and fool some about his mental deterioration. While Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) are in the loop about this scheme, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will be kept in the dark. But, what about Victor’s fourth child, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway)?

Y&R spoilers suggest things will heat up in this storyline, come November. Still, as the Moustache and his three kids battle it out, there’s one Newman that is being left out to dry, and that’s Abby.

In recent years, it almost feels as if Abby has been placed off on left field, without little interaction with her other siblings. When Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) terrorized the family, Abby was not in the know about what was going on.

Sadly, while she once was in the loop about Newman family affairs and what’s happened between her siblings, recently she’s become an afterthought. At times, despite having Victor as a father, she continues to be more involved in Abbott family affairs, versus Newman.

Probably the biggest reason she’s not a part of this mental deterioration scheme, or within Newman family drama is that she doesn’t work at Newman Enterprises.

Still, shouldn’t Vic or Nick have relayed their concern at some point? It’s understandable as to why Adam hasn’t, he’s never been overly close with Abby.

Still, what’s Vic and Nick’s excuse? While Abby doesn’t have a role in the family business, Victor is still her dad and if something is going on with him, someone should have told her at some point.

At the end of the day, this is just a soap opera, and scenes will center around players pivotal to moving the arc forward. But for overall storytelling, shouldn’t Abby be included in things, moving forward?
