Young and the Restless Spoilers Thursday August 8: Catfight at Kyle and Lola’s Party, Theo Continues to Taunt Kyle, and Chelsea Reunites with ConnorThe Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday August 8th indicate that Summer Newman (Hunter King) and Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) will cause chaos, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will try to keep his past a secret, and Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) is reunited with her son Connor Newman (Judah Mackey).

Young and the Restless Spoilers – Connor comes home

At Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) house, Chelsea welcome her son Connor and her mother Anita Lawson (Catherine Bach). While Connor gets a snack, Anita and Chelsea talks. Anita inquires why Chelsea is with Nick and not Adam. Chelsea says Adam isn’t the man she once knew, then clarifies she and Nick are just friends. The discussion then turns to money and Chelsea offers Anita a million dollars, but stuns her daughter when she refuses it. Anita then leaves as Chelsea and Connor discuss Calvin Boudreau’s (John Burke) death. She then tells Connor they’ll be living in Genoa City from now on, and he asks her why.

Young and the Restless Spoilers – Chaos at the bachelor/bachelorette party

Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) is making last minute preparations for the party. She tells Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) that she hopes the party will help reunite Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso). Sharon arrives and chats with Mariah, but before Mariah can mention Rey, Sharon dashes off.

Kyle and Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) are at their apartment getting ready for the party. He’s unhappy that Summer will be at the party, but Lola reminds him why she invited his ex. Meanwhile, Summer meets with Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson). He promises to behave himself at the party, but has a mischievous look on his face.

The guests begin to converge on the rooftop for the party. Rey and Sharon arrive at the same time, and Sharon admonishes Mariah for not telling her Rey was coming. The exes talk in private and agree to keep their distance. Rey brings up Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), but Sharon doesn’t want to discuss him. Later Sharon is talking with Mariah and explains that her and Rey aren’t on friendly terms. Sharon meets Billy, who came with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland). Billy says he’s not in the mood to stay, and he and Sharon leave.

Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) is enjoying the festivities at the party and wants Abby to go to the photo booth with him, but she refuses.

Mariah is annoyed to see Summer and Theo arrive. Summer tells her that Lola invited her. Kyle arrives to see Theo is there and tries to get him thrown out, however Lola comes in and Theo convinces her to let him stay. Abby meets with Kyle, who says that Summer brought Theo as her date just to annoy him.

As the party unwinds, Mariah makes a toast, then Tessa performs a song for Kyle and Lola. Summer is annoyed with the show and remarks to Theo that this is an attempt to make Kyle and Lola appear that they have the greatest love story ever. More guest get up to give speeches about the couple. Theo takes the microphone, he talks about how Kyle’s a changed man now that he’s with Lola, but he wishes everybody could’ve know the old Kyle. An angry Kyle, then pulls Theo off the stage and the two talk in private. Theo continues to remind Kyle of who he was. Kyle says he was a teenager at the time and the girl could’ve died. Theo says everything worked out well, but Kyle reminds him that it wasn’t him who paid off the girl’s father. Theo offer to return the money, but Kyle tells him to stay out of his life.

Abby overhears and tells Nate about Summer’s behavior. The two women then face off in a heated argument. Abby tells Summer it’s time to move on because Kyle doesn’t want her. Summer calls Abby a loser, who has nobody and talks about all of Abby’s exes. Abby orders Summer to leave, but she doesn’t budge. Abby then barks that the only reason Kyle married her was because she blackmailed him and Kyle will never love Summer. A furious Summer dumps a bucket of ice water on Abby’s head, then a catfight ensues, which has Mariah playing mediator.

Young and the Restless Spoilers – Billy questions the haunting

Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) is at Crimson Lights reading books about ghosts. He keeps thinking about the mysterious incidents at the Chancellor mansion. Rey comes by to say hello and the two make small talk before Rey leaves for the party.

After leaving the engagement party, Sharon and Billy come back to the coffeehouse. She informs him about Rey catching her with Adam. Billy wonders why Sharon is drawn to Adam. She quickly changes the subject to Billy’s therapy session. He says they’re not going as well as he hoped. Billy then opens up about the dreams, hearing Delia’s voice, and the writings on the wall. Sharon questions Billy on whether he believes it’s Delia’s ghost haunting him.
