Young and the Restless Spoilers: Victor Newman Throws Adam Out as Custody Battle Continues

On “The Young and the Restless,” Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will throw Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) out of his property as the custody battle for Christian Newman (Jude and Ozzy McGuigen) takes a step further.
Adam pulls out all the stops to fight for his son and makes a bold move by suing Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) for full custody. However, Victor makes it clear, as he orders Adam out of the tack house, whose side he is on. Even though he gives Nick his full support, Adam doesn’t budge and will do everything he can to be a father to Christian.
Meanwhile, Victor tries to enjoy the time he shares with his family. Viewers may recall that he’s been diagnosed with a rare blood disease that could kill him. Along with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas), Victor looks on at Christian, who is wearing a baseball uniform and playing with his father Nick.

At first he tries not to take sides between Nick and Adam, especially since he is still trying to patch things up with the latter. That sight and the special bonding they share may move Victor and influence his decision to ask Adam to drop the lawsuit.
As expected, Adam will refuse and this takes the tension among the Newmans a step further as Victor throws him out of the tack house. Despite that, Adam feels confident that he will win the lawsuit even if he doesn’t have the support of Victor because he’s got DNA on his side.
Young And The Restless Spoilers – Phyllis Wants Revenge
However, spoilers reveal that Adam shouldn’t get ahead of himself as he might find a true nemesis in Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). While in Vegas, Phyllis will find something she can use against Adam once she returns in town. The portrayer of Phyllis, Michelle, is set to return to “The Young and the Restless” on June 17 and when she does, she’ll sure to create trouble for several characters and Adam is on top of her list.
What could Phyllis possibly have against Adam? Will this affect his custody battle? Did Victor make the right decision to choose Nick’s side?

I knew the old man would throw his younger son Adam out of the tack house, and he is that
selfish like ole Nick, who will be the one to save the old man now? I think Adam will think twice
if it comes to doing that for his dad cause he can be just as heartless as them too!
I’m hoping the dna test will show that Nick is the real father of Christian or that maybe Phyllis will make it appear so. Please , if this is the best storyline you can come up with for Adam, kill him off for good, because Sharon is finally happy and I wish the writers would give her a rest from punishment.
I’m new to Y&R but I thought Christian was the son of that guy Dylan who used to be Jason on GH? Or is his son a different child? Sorry to impose but Its kind of daunting trying to acclimate one self to a new soap. Thanks.

Adam is going to blackmail Michael into helping him gain custody of Christian , text book over done story line by these dumbass writers. He is going to tell Nick and Victor about Summer sleeping with Billy another textbook poor writing ..Summer was the pursuer in that match…Billy got drunk and went to Summer and she was sober and took him to her bed and then got all pissy because he used her? textbook crap!
So Adam comes back when he’s had enough of Vegas and thinks he can claim his son back just like that. For starters he’s had no part in Christians life. Christian doesn’t even know him. Nick is the only father Christian has ever known. Adam is only doing this to spite Nick. He couldn’t care less about Christian.
Adam was fine in Vegas. Victor and Sharon went to bring him home as he had amnesia. Adam is Christian’s Father, not Nick. Nick is a LOSER.
Where do come up with questions. Adam always had a dark side. It would have been nice to bring hit back not dark
