Young and the Restless Spoilers Wednesday, January 23: Phyllis’ Shocking Confession – Ana Busted – Cane And Victoria Discuss Their Feelings

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, January 23, 2019 reveals, Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) talking to Arturo (Jason Canela), saying the chatter about the vow renewal is on hold until they get things settled. Rey needs to know if Arturo will be his best man; something that totally shocks Arturo. Mia (Noemi Gonzalez) is carrying a huge box out of Crimson when she literally bumps into Billy (Jason Thompson); she flirts with Billy, something that doesn’t go unnoticed by Sharon (Sharon Case).

Ana (Loren Lott) is listening to a beat and writing in her book when Devon (Bryton James) comes in. He wants to know what she is working on, as she recites his schedule. She grabs her stuff and says she will meet with the lawyer and catch up with him later; also saying her friend of the contacts regarding the license for the lyrics, but as Devon sits down he continues to wonder what is going on.

Young and the Restless Spoilers – Tensions Run High For Phick

Cane (Daniel Goddard) visits Victoria (Amelia Heinle), saying it has to do with Billy. Meanwhile, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) is turned down by Nick (Joshua Morrow) to go out to lunch together as he is meeting with Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott). She is worried about appearances but Nick says they have to lead a normal life ande she needs to keep her voice down. They need to prove Victor’s (Eric Braeden) innocent and then who framed him from his massive list of suspects.

Cane tells Victoria that Billy went to see Lily (Christel Khalil), initially she is furious but if they are being honest he was simply the messenger and they are the one to blame. Mia, in the meantime, continues to talk to Billy about the vow renewal, something he doesn’t understand as he hasn’t been in a relationship long enough to do that. Sharon joins the conversation, surprised it was pulled together so quickly. Sharon assures her she will be there and won’t miss it for the world.

Arturo agrees, as Rey reveals it is a relief because this is something Mia has her mind set. Rey feels they have been more honest with each other for the first time in a very long time, and it is the same with Mia. They now have to rent some tuxes as Rey explains Mia wants to go bigger and better. Arturo finally admits that it was pretty cool being his little brother back in the day, Rey wants to work on his vows and Arturo feels he deserves this much happiness; Mia interrupts the happy, private brotherly moment.

Nick and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) continue their lunch; she is glad Nick is back in Victor’s corner but he worries if they clear Victor it might lead the police straight to her and they cannot leave anyone out at this point.

Young and the Restless Spoilers – Cane And Victoria’s Heart To Heart

Victoria feels things would have been much simpler if they kept this just between the two of them; but nothing seems to be easy these days. Both admit they don’t even like each other and frustrated for their lives. Victoria feels Cane might be trying to sabotage his relationship with Lily or just um it up for bad choices – Cane wonders if that means her and Billy. They sit on the couch and openly talk about what is happening in their lives.

Mia tells Rey she has a place in mind, but just needs to nail it down; refusing to divulge any information. Arturo is upset that it was Mia who suggested for him to be best man; not Rey!

Nick didn’t mean to wear Nikki out, but she says she doesn’t need a ride him, reassuring him that she needs to figure this out as much as he does. Before she get out of the GCAC, she runs into Mia who informs her that she is a blushing bride today; Nikki tells her she is too busy but would love to hear about it another time, Nikki makes a call and tells the person not to move and she needs to talk to them.

Young and the Restless Spoilers – Mia Continues The Wedding Arrangements

Mia approaches Devon and Ana at the bar. She talks about how much Lola (Sasha Calle) raves about Devon nonstop. She wishes the place was open today as they are looking for a venue for her vow renewal. She says this place would be perfect, but learns she needs to be a member in order to rent the GCAC. She feels if he made the exception, he would be indebted to the GCPD. She is able to drive Devon to talk about Hilary (Mishael Morgan). Devon says if she keeps it under 20 people, he will pay the food and drinks himself as a wedding gift.

Victoria suggests trying to make things better for Lily, but realizes Lily might simply need more time. Cane wants to see her, hoping she will believe him to be the man she knows he is. They both agree to stay away from each other; but that all changes when Billy walks in and catches Cane getting his coat on.

Rey and Arturo walk into Crimson, where Rey offers Sharon an apology for Mia’s behavior. Sharon says she will be at the wedding as she will not allow her to intimidate her at all; since neither one of them have anything to hide.

Young and the Restless Spoilers – Devon Suspicious Of Ana

Devon finds Ana downstairs, who gives him updates from her laptop; but he more curious about why she won’t allow him to check out her notebook. She says it is better that he doesn’t look in there, and she is simply protecting him. Devon tells her she isn’t as good of a liar as she thinks she is!

Billy and Cane begin to argue again as Victoria tells them to settle down as the kids are upstairs. Cane leaves to go deal with his children, but the second he leaves Victoria angrily asks how he could do that to Lily. She just doesn’t think it was Billy’s place to tell her and she needs space and this isn’t working. She tells him that Billy is the one who is making them impossible.

Devon and Ana argue, when she thinks he is calling her disloyal but he says she is being dishonest and reveals that he did some of his own little digging and the name on the legal documents of the songwriter is HERS!

Mia reveals to Arturo that the place is classy, as Devon Hamilton is putting up the place for them and nothing is going to reign on their parade today; not even his grumpiness. She tells him to be there by 3pm. Arturo says they need to set something straight first.

Young and the Restless Spoilers – Nikki Accuses Phyllis Of Framing Victor

Phyllis isn’t impressed that Nikki arrives at Jabot, demanding to speak to her, but Nikki orders her into the office. Nikki says it didn’t dawn on her until that morning about who would have taken the poker out of the lake but was the poker even put in the lake in the first place and Phyllis track record of lying doesn’t look good in this line of defense. Nikki reminds her that Phyllis never looks more guilty until her claws come out and she is sure that she help onto the poker until it was convenient to frame Victor with it.

Billy looks at Victoria saying she only wanted to be back at her is because he wanted to be with her. Victoria says this is all about his ego, he couldn’t handle Phyllis rejecting him so he turns to Victoria and when he saw her with Cane, hie ego made him run to Lily. Ultimately he used Victoria as a prop, but he swears that Victoria is the answer, but he used everything he gave, she threw back in his face and she should ask if she is capable of loving anyone else and it appears they both have their answer.

Devon wants to know why Ana is protecting this writer; and she begs him to stop asking questions. She finally caves, revealing she is the songwriter.

Arturo thinks it is great for Mia and Rey, wanting to believe she is as excited about it as Rey is; she tries to reassure him, saying today is an end of the two of them and she is moving on with her life; suggesting Rey do the same.

Nick sits staring at a photo of him and Phyllis at GCAC, while Phyllis and Nikki argue at the Jabot office; but Nikki says she doesn’t think they are not in this together at all, It has always been a game of 3+1 and she used that poker as an insurance policy to get a leg up on the rest of them. Phyllis admits Nikki is right as she never threw the poker into the lake because she has no intention of going down for this!
