Young and the Restless Spoilers Wednesday January 29: Billy Walks Out On Victoria, Phyllis Suspicious of Sharon, and Nick Runs Into Adam and Chelsea

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday January 29th indicate that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) walks out on his wife Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is curious about Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) behavior, and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) runs into Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan).

Young and the Restless Spoilers – Nick runs into Adam and Chelsea

At their penthouse, Adam and Chelsea are preparing to go out on a date. Chelsea is nervous about leaving Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) with a sitter, but Adam assures her everything will be fine. When Chelsea worries about running into Nick while they’re out, Adam reminds her that Nick cut her loose.

Adam and Chelsea are at Society discussing the possibility of making Paris their second home. Nick comes in and spots the couple. Chelsea says they’re not going to let Nick ruin their night. Adam excuses himself to make a phone call; while he’s away Chelsea approaches Nick. They warmly greet each other, and Chelsea mentions her and Adam making Paris their second home.

Nick makes a comment about her going back to the dark side, and Chelsea says that what Nick did was what was best for everyone. Nick says he’s fine with her being with Adam again, but is not okay about the possibility of Adam breaking her heart. When Adam returns, Chelsea tells him it’s time for them to go home. Chelsea heads outside and Adam confronts Nick about what he said to Chelsea. Nick tells Adam that he thinks he and Chelsea would be better off away from Genoa City.

When Adam and Chelsea arrive home, he asks about her conversation with Nick about leaving town. Chelsea thinks it’s a good idea. Adam says he’s all for moving and can do it before Valentine’s Day, but Chelsea isn’t in a rush. Adam suggests Chelsea make a list of the pros and cons of moving. She’s touched that Adam would be willing to sacrifice so much to make her happy, and the two kiss. Chelsea then walks out of the room, and Adam calls Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz). Adam informs Chance that the guy found her, but she’s asking a lot of questions. Chelsea listens in as Adam makes his call.

Young and the Restless Spoilers – Sharon’s behavior

Sharon is at home on her computer. She grimaces when she sees something on the screen. She then texts Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) and says she needs to get out of the house for a little while.

Sharon arrives at the Grand Phoenix and sits at the bar. Phyllis is there having a drink before her date with Chance. When Phyllis tells Sharon about her date with Chance, Sharon responds by saying she hopes Phyllis has a nice time. Phyllis is shocked by Sharon’s comment, and continues trying to egg her on. When Sharon asks if it’s Phyllis and Chance’s first date, Phyllis is stunned that Sharon is engaging in girl talk. Sharon says she has a new lease on life by focusing on the positive, and Phyllis responds by asking “who are you?”

Sharon is in the restroom when Nick arrives at the hotel. Phyllis tells Nick about Sharon’s strange behavior and asks what’s going on. Before Nick can reply, Sharon comes out and accepts Nick’s offer of a ride home. Phyllis is perplexed as she watches the two leave.

When Sharon arrives home, she tells him about her research and the images she saw online. She said it felt good to get out and be around people who are unaware of her cancer.

Young and the Restless Spoilers – Billy walks out

Billy is at the dive bar watching a couple of players in a poker game. He then looks at his and Amanda Sinclair’s (Mishel Morgan) table. He then messages her and asks if she’s coming, and she replies with a sorry text.

Victoria arrives at the ranch to talk to her mother Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott). She tells Nikki about Billy’s meetings with Amanda, and how he claims they’re just friends. She also brings up how Billy wants Victoria to give him the benefit of the doubt like she always does to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). The comment angers Nikki who believes that Billy thinks they’re always giving Victor a free pass. Victoria then clarifies that Billy just wants her to accept him for who he is like she does with Victoria. She then confesses to Nikki that she’s unsure how this will end.

Later Victoria leaves and Victor arrives. Nikki tells him about the talk with Victoria, and Victor hopes Nikki told Victoria to kick Billy to the curb. Nikki reminds Victor that Billy and Victoria share children. Victor continues to rant about Billy and calls him a punk. Later Victor is alone when a private investigator arrives with photos of Billy and Amanda. The investigator says Billy and Amanda have been hanging out together since before Christmas, he also says he has more information about Amanda.

Billy is at home pacing around when Victoria arrives. She wants to know why he didn’t tell her he was there. She tells him the kids are with the sitter. Then when she asks if he was with his friend, Billy gets defensive. Victoria realizes he went to the bar in hopes Amanda would be there, but she didn’t show. The couple starts arguing about whether Billy needs to go back to therapy.

Billy says he loves their life together, but is tired of feeling judged. He says he’s not going to conform and be somebody he’s not. He says he’s tired of the comments about how he needs to be fixed. Victoria says he has an addiction towards playing with fire and if he’s not careful he’ll relapse. He says that’s not going to happen, and he constantly feels like he’s walking on eggshells. Victoria believes he doesn’t want her help, and he doesn’t want her. Billy talks about how they always find themselves having the same problems. He then packs a suitcase, then he and Victoria hug before he leaves the house.
