Young and the Restless Spoilers Wednesday October 16: Lola’s Pregnancy Scare, Victor Demands Answers From Billy, and Nate and Abby In Trouble

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday October 16th indicate that Lola Rosales’ (Sasha Calle) will have a pregnancy scare, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will seek answers from Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) about running over Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) have a serious discussion about their relationship.

Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) stops by Newman Enterprises to see Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). The two discuss Victoria’s CEO position and Victoria says she’s happy to have her father’s respect and says this is a new beginning for her. Nikki gives Victoria a new handbag to celebrate her new job. They talk about Victor and Nikki’s health problems, and Nikki reassures her daughter that they’re fine. Their discussion turns to Adam. Victoria says just because he’s gone doesn’t mean he’s out of their lives for good. Nikki says they can’t live in fear and won’t let Adam get to them.

When Billy arrives at the ranch, Victor is waiting with a drink and offers it to Billy. He refuses the drink, then Victor starts talking about Adam’s accusations that Victor tried to run him over. Billy admits he was the driver and says he regrets what he did. Victor tells Billy that’s the reason Adam switched the medications because he thought Victor was the culprit. Billy explains the problems he went through when Adam returned and Victor asks if Billy’s cured.

Billy promises not to let his hatred of Adam to get in the way again, then asks what Victor plans to do with the information. Victor brings up Billy’s promise to never let Victoria down, then he says he’s glad Billy is taking responsibility for his actions. Victor says he believes everyone deserves second chances including him and Adam. He then advises Billy to use his second chance wisely. Billy thanks him, then has a drink with Victor.

Later Billy drops by Victoria’s office and talks about his chat with Victor. Victoria wants to know about their chat and Billy says she may need a drink. They talk about all the problems they faced, but that’s behind them and they’re stronger than ever.

Abby is at Society when Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) arrives and asks how she’s doing. She says she doesn’t want to talk and Theo says he was only trying to make polite conversation. Abby tells Theo she doesn’t need his friendship, then goes into the kitchen to talk with Lola. Abby notices Lola doesn’t look well, and Lola says she feels light-headed then says the smell of food is making her nauseous.

As Abby listens to Lola name off the symptoms, she asks if Lola is pregnant. Lola says there’s no way because they’ve been careful, then frets because it’s too soon for them to have a baby. Their discussion switches from babies to Nate. Abby talks about their argument and says that Nate needs to accept her family if their relationship were to continue.

Later Lola spots Theo in the restaurant and the two talk and share jokes. Lola starts to feel faint, and Theo ushers her to a chair, then calls Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). When Kyle arrives, Theo tells him about Lola’s fainting spell. Kyle thanks Theo for helping Lola, and Theo apologizes for his behavior and says he misses their friendship. Kyle starts to come around and suggest that he and Theo can have a guys night. As Kyle and Lola leave, she tells him they need to make a quick stop at the pharmacy.

The couple go home and await the results of the pregnancy test. Lola says they were talking about kids just the other day and how it’s too soon for them. Kyle smiles and says they’ll be fine, yet when he hugs Lola he has a worried expression on his face. Lola goes to check the test and they’re relieved, but disappointed that it’s negative. Later Kyle gets a call about one of Jabot’s products and has to leave.

After Kyle leaves, Lola sighs as she looks at the negative pregnancy test. Theo then texts Lola to see how she is and she responds that she’s fine. He tells her to go outside and when she opens the door, she finds that Theo has left her a bowl of chicken soup. She smiles, then messages Theo to thank him for the sweet gesture.

Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) are at the suite at the Grand Phoenix. Devon says she’s sexy, then the couple starts to make out and undress. After making love, they cuddle together, but Elena is called into work. She says she has plenty of time and the couple makes love again.

In the lobby, Nate runs into Amanda Sinclair (Mishel Morgan) who doesn’t want any trouble and only a relaxing evening. The two play a game of pool and Amanda asks about Nate’s background. He answers her questions, then probes about her being a lawyer and some of her previous cases. Amanda becomes angry and accuses Nate of spying on her. Nate says they just want to know more about her.

Amanda says she has nothing to hide, then storms out. Abby arrives to talk with Nate. She starts off by apologizing for the argument the other day. He apologizes too, but says they still have issues. They once again bring up Victor and Adam, each voicing their opinion on the matter. Nate says it feels like they are too far apart, and Abby asks if he’s ending their relationship. He tells Abby to take care, then leaves.

Amanda and Elena bump into each other at Crimson Lights, and Elena asks why is Amanda still in Genoa City. Elena says what Amanda is doing to Devon is horrible. Amanda says she wants this case to be over as much as they do, and that she shouldn’t have let that “old jerk” talk her into this.

Devon arrives and hears Amanda’s comment, he says he knows it’s not Chance Chancellor (John Driscoll) she talking about, then asks who is her partner. Amanda says the comment was taken out of context and meant that he sounded like an old jerk when she spoke to Chance on the phone. Fans will simply have to tune in to The Young and the Restless on the CBS network to find out what will happen next!
