The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) may have to choose between her career and her marriage to Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).

Victoria is a smart businesswoman and has worked hard to prove that she has what it takes to run a company. After her father Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) stepped down, Victoria took over as CEO of Newman Enterprises.

Being promoted to CEO is something Victoria’s dreamed about her whole life. This was a big moment for her.

However, Victoria’s new role at Newman Enterprises is starting to affect her marriage to Billy.

With Victoria’s busy schedule she has little time to spend with her husband. As for Billy, he quit his job at Jabot and is trying to figure things out. It looks like Billy has been falling back into bad habits with drinking and gambling, plus he’s been spending a lot of time with Amanda Sinclair (Mishel Morgan).

Speculation is that Billy’s change in behavior will lead to the end of his marriage to Victoria.

Victoria has been Billy’s biggest supporter and she thought he was finally taking steps to get better. Billy was doing well at one point, but now he’s reverting back to his old self.

When Victoria learns what Billy’s been up to she’s going to be devastated. She’ll blame herself for not recognizing something was wrong. She’ll also be left with a tough decision.

Victoria realizes that her career has kept her from spending time with Billy. If she wasn’t busy, she would’ve recognized Billy’s change in behavior sooner and gotten him help.

She loves Billy with all her heart and doesn’t want to give up on her marriage. She vowed to stick with Billy through better or worse.

With Billy concentrating on helping Billy, it’s going to affect her career. As the CEO, she’s got to keep Newman Enterprises afloat. One wrong move and Victor may rethink his decision of appointing Victoria as CEO.

Eventually, Victoria will have to decide what’s more important: her career or her marriage.
