The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of April 22, 2024 are here! Fans can expect Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) to be in deadly danger. Of course, Nikki will probably face off once again with Jordan (Colleen Zenk).
That will most likely lead to the safe rescue of Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) and Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell). Jordan’s short time with Harrison could have long-lasting ramifications, though.

Y&R spoilers for the week of April 15 reveal that Nikki will make a surprising bold move. This bold move will be against Jordan. Nikki blames herself for Claire and Harrison’s kidnapping.
So, it would be just like Nikki to face Jordan herself, despite the risks and warnings from Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).
Y&R Spoilers – 2 Hostages Released
Jordan sent a text message from Claire’s phone issuing a demand. “Claire” demanded that Victor make good on his original deal with Jordan, and get her out of the country.
However, nothing for Claire was mentioned. Victor believes that is enough to show Claire is also a victim, and not the captor.
After Nikki and Jordan’s face-off, expect Claire and Harrison to be released. Fans watched as Jordan told Harrison that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) didn’t want him anymore.
That isn’t true, but could Jordan have already planted enough seeds in Harrison’s mind to make his family homecoming bittersweet?

We have a feeling that Ashley’s dissociative identity disorder (DID) storyline is coming to an end, but not completely over just yet.

Fans can also expect Victor and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) to worry about Nikki. Plus, even though Jordan framed Claire, Summer isn’t about to forgive her cousin just yet. Summer will continue insisting that Claire is up to no good.
This really reminds us of Nikki, Ashley, and Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) alliance to eliminate Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) after her miraculous resurrection.

Y&R need to stop with the storyline of messing with the very young children…especially their psyche. Stick with the grown folks..there are enough of them for plenty of storylines.
I agree with the children comment. They need to be included in the story lines but not as hostages or illness. The adults have enough problems the kids don’t need to have them.
Enough with the Ashley storyline.. It has gotten ridiculous.. Have Henderson go home with Claire.. Summer needs to be put in her place.. Summer needs acting classes.. She’s horrible..
Put Kyle and Claire together.. I think they would be a hot couple
I disagree with the Ashley comment. I think she’s doing an awesome job and it’s something different finally. Better than watching Phyllis act like a school girl and tired of watching Summer act like spoiled entitled little brat that she is. I know she’s worried about her son but I think she’s getting a little ridiculous. I have no opinion about her acting but I have never liked the character Summer anyways. She could go back to Paris and I wouldn’t miss her a t all. I’m tired of the Nikki story line. Go get some help instead of sucking on a bottle Everytime your alone.
I agree. When Summer and Kyle were breaking up, she ran out the door any time he tried to ask her something and she did that several times. I hope Chance dumps her. I think she’s just jealous of Claire because of all the attention Claire is getting from the family.

Summer is a brat. I am sick of her and this storyline. Vengeance like the stupid story with Nicky, Ashley, against Diane was stupid. Now you going to repeat it with Summer. The writers are running out of storylines. Sad, very sad.
I think that summer is jealous and mad at Claire because Harrison likes her and he doesn’t show summer that kind of love. She doesn’t want Kyle to like Claire either. Bring Hunter King back. I think Diane is trying to wreck jabot and Kyle should keep going behind her to keep her that from happening.
The Jordan storyline needs to go…kids do not need to be involved in this mess. Why are they lettubg Ashley spiral out of control again. I wish they would stop repeating story lines and now they have Adam spiraling again and Nikki drinking again give it a REST!
PLEASE! End the Jordan storyline once & for all! Kill her off or do something to get rid of her for good & not bring her back in a year or two!
I agree with some about our younger characters they need loving couples. They have enough problems without them seeing their parents going head-toe all the time. Some parents do cause alot of pain. They are the future soap-opera stars{children} That is why the fans ask about some of the kids, we see them young then do not see them til they are teenagers.
I totally agree that Summer needs to grow up. She is a spoiled brat. I understand that it is good to get certain information out to the public on certain illnesses, but leave that to the adults. I think Conner is doing a great job playing his part. Please end the Jordan storyline. Enough is enough. When will we see Victoria’s other children back on the screen? Jack needs to see that Diane is not doing her job. Put Kyle back in that position. I hope the Ashley story is about over. Getting boring. Can’t wait for Daniel to takedown Lily. She needs to learn to separate business from personal and look at what she has done to others in her life. Far from PERFECT

The Jordan storyline has run its course! Be done with it put her in a maximum prison or something but get her off the screen. Chance and Summer are ridiculous together. She acts like she’s looking for a daddy figure! Ashley needs to go take a break from the screen and acting and come back it t.otally different person, if she comes back at all, Nikki needs to go into lockdown rehab until she’s totally dried out. Alcoholism is no joke, but enough’s enough.
Get rid of ‘Jordan’ and that miserable storyline once and for all. Summer needs to be knocked down a peg – bring Harrison’s REAL biological mother back to claim her child, that should cool Summer off. Figure out a way to treat Conner before Adam goes berserk blaming himself – Chelsea’s the one who should be going bonkers over it. Finally let Adam and Sally get married and have a child if their own. Devon needs knocked down a peg, too, and please, someone – anyone – tell Phyllis to quit hunching over and sticking her neck out like a damn goose when she’s talking.. it’s NOT a good look.
I am for summer to go to paris never to return to be hinist the girl is a train wreck …she spoils everyrelationship she is in so send her to a foreign office of Marchettiand leave her there …

Claire. Claire has never given her cause to act like a jealous brat! Even with proof that it was Jordan who facilitated the kidnapping she still refuse to be adult enough to admit she has been wrong all along. I am tired of the storyline about Ashley, Nikki, Phyllis!! And my goodness what kind of security does Victor and Jack have?? Neither is worth a dime!! Nikki leaves the house all night and Victor does realize she’s not in bed with him, PLEASE!! WHERE was the so-called security??

The storyline with Jordan needs to end now! I agree with several of the comments regarding children. Leave Harrison and Conner alone. Conner has had a plethora of emotional problems his entire time on the show. Please take spoiled, pouting Summer with Jordan. The recast of the original Summer deserves a “D” grade.
I think it would be great for Summer and Kyle to get back together. I hope they bond over getting Harrison back!!
Be strong and get new writers. The actors are great but the story lines are ridiculous! New writers are greatly needed to make Y&R the great Soap it should be. Direct the children away from the negative drama! Please!

It’s a drama, so these non stop crisis modes create interest. Get used to it. The Character Summer is just part of the story line.
I agree with the Summer comments. When Hunter King played Summer, she was more mature acting and less spoiled. I haven’t liked this Summer since she first appeared. Either bring back Hunter or send Summer to Paris. Oh, please do not bring back Tara! Worst acting I’ve ever seen! As for Kyle, he is acting like a spoiled brat too. I agree that Diane is up to something. Kyle needs to find out what that something is. Danny and Christine? So boring. Danny and Phyllis? Now that’s a pair with so many ways for the story to go. Devon needs a jolt of reality. He’s not the only person in this world and he needs to learn that…the hard way. Lily is better than the way she’s acting too. So many of the characters have gone crazy! Ashley’s character yesterday was insane but I loved watching her act it out!
