‘Y&R’ Early Week Spoilers June 1-5: Nick’s Fate, Matt Trapped, Cane’s Win 

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of June 1 suggest some shocking twists. For one thing, what is Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) fate?

Meanwhile, Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) will be trapped. There will also be the blossoming rekindled romance between Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil).

Nick Newman’s Fate

Let’s start off with Nick, who has collapsed at the Newman Ranch. It is stated that Nick’s life will hang in the balance.

However, we also know that Nick will eventually have to face the fact that he needs more help than he realizes. 

Now that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has locked up Matt in the gym, Nick won’t have any excuses not to get treatment.

Matt Clark Trapped

As for Matt, he might try to figure out a way from the gym. However, he could also be more interested in settling this beef the Newman family has with him.

Matt might soon realize that there is no way to make amends with these people. 

Meanwhile, what does Victor intend to do with Matt now that he has him locked up?

Patty Williams Insists

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of June 1 reveal that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will try to warn Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk).

However, Patty will reject that advice and continue fixating on Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). 

Meanwhile, Jack will search for Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters). Jack will likely blame Patty. While she is a crazy lady, she’s been fixated on Matt recently rather than Diane.

So, I’m not sure if she is responsible, but I don’t think Diane disappears on her own either.

Cane Ashby’s Romance

Over with Cane and Lily, they have set the reboot button. Lily was blushing pretty hard after that dinner with Cane.

The woman is grateful that Cane selflessly donated to save Malcolm Winters’ (Shemar Moore) life.

Although Cane didn’t want anything in return, Devon Winters (Bryton James) thinks things will end up bad again. 

What Else to Expect

We should also see what happens with Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun). Due to them not using the police in Las Vegas, Matt could technically have Sienna arrested for attempted murder.

So, that could be an interesting twist as she tries to explain why she did what she did. The Newmans understand and so do fans, but what about a judge?
