‘Y&R’ Early Week Spoilers May 25-29: Matt’s New Target, Nick’s Crazy Train, Family Emergency

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of May 25 suggest some craziness! For one thing, Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) could strike back at Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) addiction could take a scary turn.

Plus, what does the future hold after Malcolm Winters’ (Shemar Moore) procedure? Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the CBS soap opera.

Matt Clark’s New Target

Let’s start off with Matt, who was bound and kept hostage by Phyllis. However, Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) will end up saving him.

Once Matt is free, he will demand answers from the redhead. Without Matt, Phyllis has zero leverage.

Nick will also explode with this news. This was his one chance to get Matt and protect his family.

While Matt does have amnesia, his memories and killer intentions could come back at any moment.

Family Emergency

While Matt will explode, he could also turn to more pills. Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) are already suspicious.

So, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) could unite to get their son through this ordeal. 

Meanwhile, Victor will continue ordering his team to locate Matt. However, Patty likely has Matt hidden somewhere secure.

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of May 25 reveal that we could see Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) tell Patty their deal is off.

That might have Patty looking at Jack as an enemy rather than a love interest.

With Patty and Matt together, both the Newmans and Abbotts better watch out!

Of course, this could also lead to the Newman/Abbott alliance that was hinted at months ago. 

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, Devon Winters (Bryton James) has some soul-searching to do after his chat with Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes). 

Meanwhile, Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) confides a secret to Claire Grace Newman (Hayley Erin).

I wonder if Holden will finally tell Claire the whole truth about Audra Charles’ (Zuleyka Silver) secret.

That will end up making Audra explode and it could jeopardize both of their futures.

Also, with Malcolm Winters’ (Shemar Moore) procedure a success, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will be eager to check on Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn).

Lily and Cane might have had some rough patches in the past, but this could be a whole new beginning for the former flames.
