The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of November 18, 2024, are here! Next week, fans can expect everyone to react to Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) fiery crash.

It seems that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) is ready to confess to Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). That could put Nick in a moral and legal dilemma – especially if Sharon puts the blame on her hallucinations. Keep reading and let’s get started talking about what’s coming up next week in the CBS soap opera.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers  – Summer Newman’s Frantic Race

Y&R spoilers for the week of November 18 reveal that Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) will race to the hospital. Summer learned from Nick that Phyllis was in a car accident.

Y&R Early Week Spoilers Nov 18-22: Phyllis’ Uncertain Fate, Sharon Breaks, Nick Torn

Nick kept repeating over and over that Summer’s mom was going to make it through this. That’s exactly what is so concerning.

Y&R Spoilers – Phyllis Summers’ Fate

Even with the overpowering smell of smoke and the fiery flames, Phyllis didn’t even stir. Even when Nick and Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) carried Phyllis out of the car, not even an eyelash fluttered.

Phyllis might not wake up for a while, but Summer will be quick to blame Sharon. In fact, Summer might also blame Chance for not investigating Sharon more closely.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Sharon Newman Cracks

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of November 18 reveal that Summer might demand Sharon’s arrest immediately. Without any proof, it will be hard for Chance to nail this on Sharon.

Since the crash happened on the Newman property, Sharon could claim the tire tracks were from her, but not at the time of the accident.

Sharon can also have Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) verify that she lost her phone at the time those messages were sent to Phyllis.

While fans know that Sharon was part of that accident, proving it might be a bit more difficult. Especially with Jordan (Colleen Zenk) and Ian Ward (Dylan McAvoy) involved!

Going back to Sharon, she called Nick and begged him to come to her right away.  Nick suspected that Sharon was involved in Phyllis’ crash.

Sharon didn’t confirm anything over the phone, but Nick will find out soon enough. Sharon might tell  Nick that her hallucinations caused the crash, not her.

That could have Nick conflicted over what to do. While Nick is a moral character, he does have his tests and limits.

Y&R Spoilers – Week Of November 18, 2024

Fans will see Jill Abbott’s (Jess Walton) heart break over Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) anger. Jill confided in Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) that the stress could literally kill her.

It sounds like Jill’s health is failing, and Billy’s explosive reaction isn’t making things any better. In fact, could Billy’s temper tantrum cause Jill to have another medical crisis?

There is also Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway). After getting engaged, Abby worried that her marriage would be doomed.

She quickly got over that fear, but all these explosive events happening on her wedding day could have Abby wondering if her marriage really is cursed.
