The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Thursday, October 1 – Rey Questions Victor – Billy’s Efforts Pay Off – Faith Suffers After Exposé

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, October 1, tease that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will defend his decision to publish the article to Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). Lily will be upset, and she’ll yell at Billy that his need for revenge on the Newmans could cost them Chancellor Communications. Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will fume at Billy later as well, even threatening to quit. Billy will maintain that he did the right thing.

Meanwhile, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will return to the Newman Ranch to learn from Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) that Billy published the article and that it’s bad. Nikki and Victor will try to do damage control, and Victor will bellow at someone on the phone to act now.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Rey Rosales Grills Victor Newman About What Happened In Kansas

Next on Y&R, Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will arrive at the ranch to question Victor about what happened back in Kansas. Rey will relay that the Kansas authorities want the GCPD’s cooperation, and he’ll proceed to try to question Victor, but Victor will deny that Billy’s story is true, and he’ll tell Rey that he can talk to his lawyer.

Over at the penthouse, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will put their heads together about their next move. Adam will want to kill Billy, but first, he and Chelsea will call Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) school to make sure that Connor is sheltered from the story. Adam will then rush out of the penthouse to go confront Billy, much to Chelsea’s chagrin.

Y&R Spoilers – Nick Newman Is Shocked To Read Billy Abbott’s Story

At the Grand Phoenix, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will be reading the Chancellor Communications story, when Nick hurriedly leaves, saying that he’s got to get to Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) right now. Nick will leave, and Phyllis will keep reading, noting to herself that Billy has gone too far with the story.

Phyllis will then call someone named Rick about the tax payment for the Grand Phoenix that’s due at the beginning of the year. Phyllis will be panicked when Rick tells her that the payment is actually due this quarter, and Phyllis will lament that she doesn’t have the money to make the payment.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Faith Newman Suffers The Consequences Of The Story About Adam Newman

Next on Y&R, Nick and Sharon will talk with Faith about the story that Billy published. Faith will have already seen the story, and she’ll say that while she knew that Adam kidnapped her and passed her off as Ashley Abbott’s (Eileen Davidson) child, she didn’t know the details until now. Faith will question how her mother could be friends with Adam.

Faith will soon start to get bullying texts about the story from other kids, but she won’t tell her parents about them. Instead, she’ll tell Sharon and Nick that she’s going to a friend’s to study, ad she’ll head out as she continues to get more harassing texts.

Y&r Spoilers – Victoria Newman Has Regrets About The Story About Adam Newman

Nick will head back to the Grand Phoenix, where he’ll update Phyllis on how Faith is doing. Meanwhile, at Newman Enterprises, Nikki will arrive to see Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), and she’ll blast her daughter for her actions. After Nikki goes, Victoria will ignore a call from Victor, instead of heading to Chancellor Park to confront Billy about the story. Victoria will think that Billy should have let her read the story before he published it, and she’ll be upset.

But Billy will fire back that Victoria knew what was coming. Victoria will think that Victor comes across really bad in the article, but Billy will say that’s because Victor has done some terrible things. Victoria will fret about how much worse things are going to get and what’s going to happen to her family now.

Next on Y&R, Amanda and Lily will regroup at Chancellor Communications. Amanda will say that the first of the lawsuits from the Newmans have started. Lily will say that the advertisers are scared. Later, Billy will return to the office, and Lily will share the new metrics on the story, which are through the roof. Billy will be thrilled, as will Lily, although Lily will tell Billy not to act without consulting with her first in the future.

Lily will step out of the office, and Adam will barge in to confront Billy. Billy will smile big as Adam tells Billy that he looks happy, but that that will soon change. Finally, over at Newman Enterprises, Victoria will return to her office to find Victor there waiting for her. Finally, on Thursday’s new episode of Y&R, Victor will be ready for a confrontation with his daughter, and he’ll say that he’s got something to say.
