NCIS Season 21, Episode 2’s show synopsis indicates that NCIS will mourn the loss of Ducky, and the agents will come together to work on one of his unfinished cases. This involves a woman whose dad was dishonorably charged from the Marines.
David McCallum entered the role of Ducky in 2003 during NCIS’s premiere and was with the show for twenty seasons.
Sadly, he passed away in a New York City hospital on September 25th of last year, six days after he turned 90 years old.
He was a beloved fan favorite on the show, and while he resided in NYC, he would stay in a one-bedroom Santa Monica apartment while filming NCIS.
