NCIS: Los Angeles spoilers and updates tease that David Kessler (Frank Military) will make his presence known in the show’s upcoming episode. What plans does he have for Kelsi, whom he vowed to get revenge on before he left his prison thanks to a presidential pardon?

Fans of the show have been missing Agent Kensi Blye (played by Daniela Ruah) after going on an undercover mission. Viewers aren’t the only one who’s expecting her return. Her colleague and husband, Agent Marty Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen), is waiting for his wife to come home and while he’s at it, he’s decided to prepare to do up their garden.

But it seems like something sinister is bound to happen while Kensi is away.

NCIS Spoilers – David Kessler Vows To Get Revenge

Fans may recall that Kensi made an enemy out of Kessler before she joined the team. Sensi helped send him to prison because of multiple offences, including human trafficking.

After season 13 started, it was revealed that Kessler managed to get out of prison thanks to a presidential pardon. But before leaving, Kessler vowed to get revenge on Kensi. He made vile threats like hunting, raping, and killing Kensi, which the team feel uneasy about.

In the upcoming episode that’s set to air on January 9, Kessler’s presence will be felt. However, TVLine confirms that there’s no on-camera encore for Kessler, at least for now. Kensi’s enemy won’t make a physical appearance yet but the team will definitely feel worried after they found out that Kessler is not free.

This isn’t the first time Kessler was mentioned without making any physical appearance. He was previously mentioned in March 2021.

In the upcoming episode, Hollace Kilbride (Gerald McRaney) will gather the team to discuss something urgent. It’s about the five bodies that were recovered near the place where Kensi was undercover.

Deeks becomes worried when one of the dead bodies recovered was that of a marine that Kensi has been investigating. Killbride made it clear that Agent Blye’s safety is the top priority. But he also warned the team that if they can’t stay calm then they won’t be part of the investigation.

Is Kessler responsible for Kensi’s disappearance? Fans will just have to wait and see what happens next.
