Netflix’s Legal Drama “Lincoln Lawyer” Adds New Stars To Its Second Season

Since its premiere, “Lincoln Lawyer” has manaded to catch the fascination of movie lovers with all its courtroom drama and thrills. Now in its second season, the show is not only looking forward to replicating the success of their first season, but topping it as well.

In order to achieve this, they’ve added two new characters to the bustling “Lincoln Lawyer” crew, and fans can’t wait to sink their teeth into the interesting new crimes that will receive their serving of justice.

Ladies and gentlemen, get Mickey Haller a minivan for the two new additions to the team. Netflix officially announced that stars Lana Parrilla and Yaya DaCosta will be joining the legal drama in its second season, which will run for 10 episodes. Netflix also teased that Parrilla and DaCosta’s characters will be keeping Los Angeles’ star maverick attorney on his toes

“Once Upon A Time’s” Parilla will take on the role of Lisa Trammell, an esteemed local chef and community advocate. Lisa’s introduction to Mickey’s world will be through her beloved restaurant, which is under the threat of a predatory real estate developer who has his sights set on the neighborhood. Mickey will step in to be her savior, but you can already tell that all won’t be hunky dory.

But, of course, that won’t be the only headache Mickey will be facing this season, as DaCosta portrays a ruthless prosecutor and Mickey’s undefeated courtroom rival, who goes by the name Andrea Freeman. Andrea is a highly intelligent lawyer. If you’re thinking that the drama ends there, perhaps you need to consider that Anna is also a close friend of Mickey’s ex-wife and co-parent Maggie McPherson (Neve Campbell).

So let’s just say that these two new characters will be bringing boatloads of drama to the show.
