Full Cast For ‘Yellowstone’ Prequel ‘1883’ Announced Ahead Of December 19 Premiere

Fans already have a love affair with Yellowstone and are surely chomping at the bit awaiting the prequel to the exciting series, 1883, the first of two spinoff series planed by the show’s creator Taylor Sheridan.
It was recently announced that the new prequel will premiere on Sunday, December 19 and fans will be delighted to know that the full cast and crew has now been announced, and there are some exciting new editions to the Dutton family tree.

Viewers know that beloved Yellowstone series is set in modern times, but a long Dutton family history lies buried beneath the ground on the Dutton ranch and beyond.

Yellowstone has renewed an interest in a genre that has traditionally captured the attentions of folks drawn to the spirited tales of the American West.

The prequel to the series will delve into some of that past, stretching back to 1883 Texas, and will follow the elder Dutton’s as they make their way across America’s Midwest towards the modern-day Yellowstone-Dutton ranch in.

The story follows the lives of a poor family making their way across the Midwest in hopes of finding a better life.

Yellowstone Spoilers – Exciting Additions To New ‘1883’ Spinoff Series

An earlier report named a list of some on the more prominent actors being brought aboard the 1883 cast and it portends great things for the new spinoff series with such seasoned actors as, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Billy Bob Thornton, Sam Elliott, Isabel May, and LaMonica Garrett.
On Thursday, November 18, Deadline brought the rest of the cast to us, naming Marc Rissmann, Audie Rick, Eric Nelsen, and James Landry Hebert to join the cast as well as, Dawn Olivieri Emma Malouff, Alex Fine, Gratiela Brancusi, Anna Fiamora Nichole Galicia, Stephanie Nur, Amanda Jaros, Noah Le Gros, and Martin Sensmeier.

Yellowstone Spoilers – The Chief Characters For ‘1883’

Child actor Audie Rick (Kenobi: A Star Wars Story) will be playing a young John Dutton Sr and Marc Rissmann (Game of Thrones) will be playing Josef, a European immigrant who hires hands to guide he and his family across the American frontier.

Fans might recognize Eric Nelsen from All my Children, who will be taking on the role of a dashing young cowboy who agrees to guide the group across the Midwest.

James Landry Hébert (Once Upon a Time in Hollywood) plays a young cowboy who also becomes part of the caravan.

Sam Elliott will be playing the leader of the caravan, Shea Brennan, and Tim Mcgraw will be playing James Dutton.

Yellowstone fans can catch the premiere of 1883, on Sunday, December 19.
