Yellowstone Piper Perabo Describes Jamie And Sarah’s Relationship As Trouble

Yellowstone spoilers, news, and updates tease that Piper Perabo considers Jaime Dutton’s (Wes Bentley) and Sarah Atwood’s (Dawn Olivieri) relationship as “trouble.” The actress dropped some hints as to what viewers can expect from the character and what plans she has for the Duttons.

Piper Perabo plays Summer Higgins in the show. In an interview with TV Insider, she discussed some of the latest developments in Yellowstone.

The actress said that she’s a huge fan of Wes Bentley. She also teased that there’s a lot of potential to the whole political thing that’s going on with the series.

She praised Bentley for being a good actor and said that his character continues to be a “thorn” on John Dutton’s (Kevin Costner) side. She also noted that the relationship that he got into with Sarah is “so much trouble – so much trouble.”

Yellowstone Season 5 – What Does Other Cast Think About Sarah and Jaime’s Relationship?

Yellowstone is currently in its fifth season. Tension continues to rise and the family also needs to watch out for Sarah Atwood. Caroline Warner (Jacki Weaver), the CEO of Market Equities, turned to her for help in taking the Dutton family down.

Sarah is in for the long game. She doesn’t want to attack them right away. Instead, she targets Jamie and uses him to destroy the Duttons. Having said that, the actress behind the character of Sarah, Piper Perabo, said that Jamie and Sarah’s relationship is nothing but trouble.

Sarah considers Jamie as the family’s weakest link. She starts a romantic relationship with him, which she plans to use to her advantage.

“This is a constant chess game that she’s actively in the moment present and playing,” Olivieri said in a video from Paramount Network.

“She is every bit the mind that Jamie is in an arguably more strategy-driven package,” as per Christina Alexandra Voros, director of Yellowstone.

Yellowstone Spoilers – Jamie Dutton Not Sure About Sarah’s Motives

Wes Bentley, the actor behind the character of Jamie Dutton, isn’t convinced that Sarah is with him just because she wants to. He believes that she has an ulterior motive for being with him.

“Jamie could be being played. It’s not that he’s being a fool or blind to it, but maybe it’s worth the risk,” Bentley said.

“Now, is that Jamie being fooled? It could be. Who knows?” he added.

Yellowstone Season 5 will premiere its midseason finale on January 1, 2023.
