Coronation Street Spoilers – Monday, January 4: Ray Crosby Wins
Corrie spoilers for Monday reveal that everyone is waiting for the council planning meeting where a decision will be made. Debbie Webster (Sue Devaney) makes a strong case while Roy Cropper (David Neilson) makes a passionate speech. The decision is announced and Ray ends up winning. Then, the residents are shocked to find vacate notices on all of their doors. They have two weeks to move out before the demolition crew comes in to tear everything down.
Also, Grace Vickers (Kate Ford) shows up at Michael Bailey’s (Ryan Russell) door and reveals she’s out of prison. She insists that her unborn baby belongs to him and can prove it if he’ll agree to a paternity test. Meanwhile, Kelly goes public with her belief that Gary killed her father.
Coronation Street Spoilers – For Wednesday, January 6
On Wednesday, Abi Franklin (Sally Carman) isn’t ready to give up yet. She arrives on a float and uses a loudhailer to expose every devious deed that Ray has ever committed. While she is doing that, Ray discreetly calls the police. Craig Tinker (Colson Smith) shows up to break up the crowd. As chaos erupts, Abi throws the loudhail and it ends up smacking Craig right in the face.
Meanwhile, David Platt (Jack P. Shepherd) is furious to discover that Ray has locked him out. Tim Metcalfe (Joe Duttine) finds out that the Hale Barns project has been put on hold indefinitely. This means they have no place to go, but still have to vacate their current home in two weeks. Faye Windass (Ellie Leach) is listening nearby and finds herself in turmoil over what to do.
Michael learns the paternity test shows he is the father. His decision about Grace and the baby will horrify Aggie. Plus, Leanne Battersby (Jane Danson) makes a confession when her doctor shows up at the flat to check on her.
Coronation Street Spoilers – Friday, January 8: Leanne Battersby Overdoses
Coronation Street spoilers for Friday reveal that Leanne takes too many sleeping pills and overdoses. Her body is found by Simon Barlow (Alex Bain) and he calls for help. Later, Leanne tells Simon the truth and he’s horrified she lied about going to France and has been isolating in the flat all alone. She begs him not to tell anyone, but what will he decide to do?
Johnny Connor (Richard Hawley) is diagnosed with an MS relapse. However, the nurse says he is fit to go to trial and no delay is necessary. Aadi Alahan (Adam Hussain) is thrilled over his mock GCSE results. However, the same can’t be said for Asha, who is distressed about her poor grades.
