The good news is we are still going to see Gail on the ITV soap. It is confirmed that she has a big storyline coming up. According to Metro, Gail and Eileen Grimshaw (Sue Cleaver) are going to get into another heated feud. In fact, the veteran soap star teased that the story has “disaster written all over it.”

Not much is being revealed about the upcoming plot, but it centers around Gail’s search for someone named Fanny. The investigation into this woman gets started because of the family tree project. What do you think Gail and Eileen will be at war over next? Who is Fanny and why does it create such a tug-of-war between Gail and Eileen?
