General Hospital Spoilers And Rumors – General Hospital And Days Of Our Lives Actors Have Frequently Migrated Between The Two Soaps

General Hospital fans who also watch Days of Our Lives will have noted that actors have frequently migrated between the two soaps over the years, and Wally Kurth even plays on both soaps at the same time! Wally plays both General Hospital’s Ned Quartermaine and Days of Our Lives’ Justin Kiriakis, and Victor Cassadine’s current portrayer, Charles Shaughnessy, also plays ISA Director Shane Donovan on Days of Our Lives.

The ISA on Days of Our Lives is similar to General Hospital’s WSB, with secret agents chasing after villains around the world, and the previous Victor from General Hospital, Thaao Penghlis has played two DiMeras on Days of Our Lives, currently Tony DiMera. In a recent storyline over on Days of Our Lives, another former GH Cassadine portayer’s Days of Our Lives character, Steve “Patch” Johnson (Stephen Nichols) has been shot; he once played Stefan Cassadine on GH. If his “Patch” character over on Days of Our Lives goes missing that might mean he can reprise Stefan on GH!

GH Spoilers And Rumors – Victor Cassadine Needs A United Cassadine Front, Laura Collins Needs A Cassadine Protector

Longtime General Hospital viewers will remember Stefan Cassadine; he protected Laura Collins (Genie Francis) during her captivity on Cassadine Island, and there were even questions as to whether he was Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) birth father!

It was also Stefan who looked out for Nikolas as he was growing up on Cassadine Island after Laura escaped, and who brought Nikolas to Port Charles, and also was a protector to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). As General Hospital viewers will have noted, for all her bravado, Laura seems to be very afraid of Victor, and with him gathering family members to present a united front, Stefan would be a good – or perhaps, better – Cassadine to help balance things out! Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is trying, but having his older half-brother-half-cousin Stefan around might be a big help should Cassadine battle lines be drawn!

General Hospital Spoilers And Rumors – Stefan Cassadine Could Have Faked His Death

General Hospital rumors hint Stefan could have faked his death and gone into hiding, since he was jealous over Laura and had tried to frame Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) for his death. Like Valentin, Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) considered Stefan, younger than her favorite son Stavros Cassadine (Robert Kelker Kelly) to be weak because he had a good side and a caring heart.

Stefan and Valentin would be close in age, probably around a year apart if Stefan were suddenly to resurface from the dead; the two of them would very likely band together since they are similar in that respect of being not totally evil Cassadines. Longtime General Hospital viewers will recall that Stefan was also married to Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman) for a short time, although she broke up with him after a short time.
