She began a new weight loss journey and stuck to it. As a result, the 35-year-old 1,000-Lb Sisters star lost more than 100 pounds.

And now, Tammy feels ready to share photos on Instagram. Taken at rehab, the pictures resulted in a flood of praise and encouragement from her fans.
