Certainly, apart from the fact that Meri stayed and Christine left, there’s not much difference between their relationships with Kody. Is Meri just acting desperate for him? She denied it, but the show certainly makes it look that way.

While Sister Wives star Christine left and doesn’t bother to sweat the little things these days, it looks like Meri really left ages ago and got a life. Interestingly, her profile on Instagram doesn’t mention the show at all. Instead, it says, “Independent LuLaRoe Fashion Retailer, 💙 Owner of Lizzie’s Heritage Inn. 💙 New York Times best selling author 💙.” Notably, she won’t even use the name of her show in her posts. So, fans wonder if she doesn’t just stick with Kody to keep an additional income rolling in.

The Sister Wives Catfish Saga Ended It For Meri Brown Who Denies It

In the Tell-All for Season 16, Meri denied that the estrangement from her husband started with the catfishing incident. Actually, the show made such a meal out of it, that it probably profited TLC hugely when the news broke. Understandably, Kody felt angry and upset about it. But, when Meri appeared in the Tell-All this year, she claimed she and Kody had no sexual relationship for over a decade. So, effectively, she humiliated herself on national TV and let her husband publically diss her for a long time. Why?

Sister Wives returns for Season 17 and Meri and Robyn Brown let that slip on her live podcast, Friday With Friends. Later, fans heard via Christine’s son that she also films. Well, fans know that Christine’s not desperate for Kody. Is she staying with the show for the income? Meri stayed since forever, and fans can only guess that she’s not at all desperate for Kody. Actually, they think she sees it as an income opportunity.
