General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, April 7 reveal that Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) approaches Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) face a roadblock. Laura Collins (Genie Francis) is skeptical when Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) claims they have a common goal.
General Hospital Spoilers – Carly Corinthos Approached
GH spoilers reveal that Harmony is keeping a massive secret from Willow. Instead of telling Willow the truth about her parentage, Harmony paid for a fake birth certificate. Surprisingly, the authorities didn’t notice anything odd, and the document checked out. So, Willow is clueless that Harmony isn’t her real mother.
In the preview for Thursday’s episode, Willow and Harmony get into a heated discussion. The audio isn’t great as the background music is too loud, but it sounds as if Willow tells Harmony that the only hope for a civil relationship is death.
GH Spoilers – Michael Corinthos’ Roadblock
While Willow is dealing with Harmony, Michael is taking matters into his own hands. Michael confronts the sleazy reporter. This is the same reporter that got punched when he pushed Michael’s buttons when speaking about Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). The reporter seems caught off guard and probably threatens to have more charges filed. However, Michael says that he is there to make him an offer.
General Hospital Spoilers – Stella Henry’s Fate
General Hospital spoilers for Thursday’s episode reveal that Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) collapsed. Everyone will jump into action, especially Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). It doesn’t seem as if Portia can help Stella and the woman needs to get to a hospital. Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is panicked as he decides to call 911.
The only strange thing about Stella’s collapse is it came right after her blowup with Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett). It was clear to viewers as well as Marshall that something wasn’t quite right with Stella. Instead of saying something, Marshall just stood there quietly while everyone else was occupied with taking a photo.
Even when Stella collapsed, everyone was shocked while Marshall didn’t seem all that surprised. Did he do something to cause Stella’s collapse?

In Thursday’s episode, fans can expect Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) to be surprised when she approaches Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Sonny explains that defense is easier when one sees the hit coming.
Harmony will approach Carly while Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is in disbelief over a suggestion. Plus, Victor tries to convince Laura that they are on the same side. Elsewhere, two unexpected characters cross paths.

Sonny and Nina need to stop!!! Hate the lack of chemistry in them, hate them together! How much longer do we need to put up with her? Sonny wouldn’t let Carly tell him what to do… why does he shrink to weasle with her. She is the cause for all his problems!!!!

Couldn’t agree more. Hate them together and they have NO chemistry whatsoever. Actually I’ve never like this Nina to me she just doesn’t fit at all.
I’ve stopped watching G.H. for that exact reason. This Sonny Nina storyline is sickening.
Sonny has always been a favorite of mine but now I can’t stand him. He’s pathetic, as is Nina.
Never have cared for Nina. She’s a mental case which everybody seems to have forgotten because nobody has said a thing about her past.
But this has dragged out way too long. I now regret hanging in there with the absurd Sonny / Nina storyline waiting for his return to Port Charles and punishment or consequences for Nina’s actions. The Sonny/Mike storyline was tolerable as a temporary side story. But now it’s just disgusting that it just goes on and on with Nina now whining about everything. So over all of it!!!!
Agree, Nina and Sonny have to stop; she has to stop whining; he has to get back to the real Sonny. Perhaps helping Trina and even more, getting rid of Esme, will bring him back to the Sonny we know. A person who cares for his family; who can make decisions quickly; who will stop acting like a wimp.
Wish list of this fan keeps getting longer and longer, and it's all about "get rid of". Find it extremely hard to believe that no one is remembering Nina's past. Get the DNA test done and get it done now…surprise…Nina is no relation to Wiley.
Get rid of Harmony BEFORE she kills someone else. Wish she would be caught for killing Neil.
Don't know if it's impossible, but Jax should be back helping Joss. And sorry ABC, you should have never gotten rid of Jason.
