Young and the Restless Spoilers Friday September 20 : Adam Frames Victoria, Devon Discovers The Challenger, and Summer Receives Comfort

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday September 20th indicate that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will frame his sister Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) in Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) death, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) learns Chance Chancellor (John Driscoll) is challenging Katherine Chanellor’s (Jeanne Cooper) will, and Summer Newman (Hunter King) receives comfort from two men.

At Devon’s house, he is introduced to Amanda Sinclair (Mishel Morgan) who looks just like Hilary. Devon let her in and Amanda notices Devon’s jittery, and he says that he is. Talk turns to the will and Amanda reveals Chance is the person behind the challenging of Katherine’s estate.

She claims Chance has another draft of Katherine’s will in which Devon doesn’t receive a bulk of her fortune. She goes on to explain that Chance stated David Sherman (Robert Gant) was ordered to alter the will on behalf of Tucker McCall (Stephen Nichols). Devon says this isn’t possible, then he switches the topic to Amanda. He wants to know where she’s from and how Chance became her client.

Amanda is curious why he’s asking these questions and he explains that she looks a lot like his deceased wife Hilary. Amanda offers her sympathy to Devon, then hands him a business card and says she’ll be staying at The Grand Phoenix.

Young and the Restless Spoilers – Kyle and Theo comfort Summer

Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) are at Jabot discussing Victor’s death. Talk then turns to Jabot and Jack asked Kyle how he felt being CEO. Kyle admits it was a bit hard, but he enjoyed being in charge. Their chat then turns to Summer and how well she and Kyle work together. Jack advises Kyle to be there for Summer, she’s going to need him now that Victor’s gone.

Summer is at the park with Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) reminiscing about Victor. Theo says he’s here for her and whatever she needs. Theo then opens up about his father, who died when Theo was a teenager. Theo says he misses his dad and wants to make him proud. Summer makes a comment about not knowing that Theo had a heart. Summer then receives a text from Kyle and Theo remarks that Kyle’s not over her.

Summer arrives at Jabot, Kyle greets her with a hug and asks how she’s doing. She says she misses Victor and how hard it’s been the past few days. Kyle says he knows what she’s going through and say he’s always here for her.

Young and the Restless Spoilers – Suspicion towards Adam

Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) stops by Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) house to offer her condolences. She says that Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) is handling the news well and wants to be a chess prodigy like her grandfather. Talk turns to Victor’s death and Nick blames Adam for it. The couple argue about Adam’s involvement, and Sharon defends Adam. Nick insults Sharon by saying that Adam is sucking her in again. He apologizes for his remark then says the police are investigating the case and he doesn’t want Sharon involved. She assures him she’s not and has moved on from Adam.

Adam arrives at The Grand Phoenix and asks Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) about seeing Connor Newman (Judah Mackey). Chelsea says she doesn’t think it’s a good idea for Connor to be with Adam. He says that Nick has gotten into Chelsea’s head and says that she doesn’t truth Adam with his own son. When Chelsea says that Connor doesn’t know about Victor’s death, Adam is angry she didn’t tell him. Adam begs Chelsea not to take his son away from him, but she says for the time being this is how it has to be.

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) arrives at Adam’s penthouse. They chat briefly about Adam switching the meds, then Phyllis wonders if his plan to get Newman Enterprises is still a go.

Chelsea comes home to Nick and they discuss Sharon and Adam. She says she doesn’t want to think about them, she’s only concerned about her and Nick. The couple profess their love for each other as Chelsea gives Nick a massage.

Later Phyllis is at the Grand Phoenix when Jack joins her. Their chat starts with Victor’s death and Phyllis says she’s not in mourning, she’ll never forgive Victor for what he did to her. Jack asks Phyllis why can’t she move on and she says that Victor’s shadow will always cast a shadow on everyone.  Adam is in the park when Michael calls to say that he offered the woman immunity.

Young and the Restless Spoilers – New suspect in the investigation

Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) and Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) are at Crimson Lights questioning the woman who gave Adam the pills. The detectives pressure her into telling the truth and even threaten jail time. The woman agrees to tell her story in exchange for immunity. Rey calls Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) who agrees to the woman’s demands. After telling the woman she has a deal, she admits she sold the medication to Victoria Newman.

Paul and Rey arrive at Victoria’s house to tell her about the pharmacist’s claim. Victoria calls the woman a liar and says they can search Victoria’s house, she has nothing to hide. They search her house, but don’t find anything. They ask to search her office at Newman Enterprises, she agrees to let them, but says they’re wasting their time. They need to look more closely at Adam.

The detectives are searching Victoria’s office at Newman Enterprises when they find a pill bottle and Nate Hastings’ (Sean Dominic) tablet in her desk drawer.
