Neil left Rose, believing she had fallen asleep. Ann came to suspect that Neil was responsible for her mother’s death, when alcohol poisoning was later revealed as being the cause.

Y&R could surely mine Rose’s backstory to explore whether an unknown identical twin was born, along with Ann, or to see if a similar looking cousin exists.

Surely, the arrival of Hillary’s doppelganger will impact Devon’s psyche. Thankfully, he has developed a strong relationship with Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy). So, viewers can expect ‘Delena’ to have many conversations about the eerie resemblance between Amanda and Hilary. Of course, savvy soap fans instantly recognize the potential for a romantic triangle to be forming as well.

It would seem too simple for Amanda to not be related to Hilary, but that certainly could prove true. If so, then Morgan has returned as a fully fresh character.

If Amanda isn’t Hilary’s twin sister, she could be a cousin. But is it possible that Hilary never died, meaning that Amanda is Hilary in disguise? That would be a serious stretch. Yet in daytime one never knows what’s coming next.

      Ms Morgan return with a bang!!! More like a damp firework! I feel sorry for Ms Morgan, such a talented actress deserves better than this garbage, she’s dead, she’s alive childish, unoriginal garbage. I hope her paycheck will be worth acting out this load of BS.

      It would be too much of a stretch to say that Hilary did not die. If not, then what body would have been in her casket? As well, where would she have been all that time? It doesn’t really make sense, and what would have been the purpose of having faked her death? In Victor’s case, it makes sense to having faked his death to nail Adam. Also, nobody has in all that time last week spoke of holding a funeral service.
