General Hospital spoilers tease that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will be ruthless when trying to dig her husband Franco Baldwin’s (Roger Howarth) psyche out from under Drew Cain’s (Billy Miller) pre-2012 memories!
General Hospital Spoilers – Elizabeth Baldwin Took Guardianship Over Franco Baldwin
Elizabeth took guardianship over Franco in recent General Hospital episodes, and had him committed to Shadybrook Sanitarium until Dr. Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) could try to reverse the process of the memory transplant of Drew’s baseline memories from the stolen flash drive by Dr. Arthur Cabot (Time Winters). Viewers will recall that Franco switched places with Cameron Webber (William Lipton) who had been kidnapped for the purpose of retrieving the memories by the late Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin). Franco left Liz with the promise, through Cameron, that he would be back!
GH Spoilers – Franco Baldwin Now Has Only Andrew Cain’s Pre-2012 Memories And Personality
Franco now only has pre-2012 Andrew Cain’s (Steve Burton) memories and personality, and recently made plans to run away with Drew’s longtime love Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) after they gave in to their passions in Kim’s apartment, only to have Liz show up at the door shortly afterwards! Liz figured things out, but realized that it was not Franco’s mind who cheated on her with Kim, but only his body. What Kim did was hurtful since they were friends, but Liz is determined to get her husband back. Even in recent episodes, when Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) warned her that overruling “Frankendrew” and forcing him into a treatment he didn’t want was wrong, she basically told Sam it was none of her business; Sam meant well but it certainly wasn’t taken well!
General Hospital Spoilers – Every Time Elizabeth Baldwin Talks to “Frankendrew” Baldwin She Tries To Talk To Franco Through Drew Cain’s Memories
Every time Liz talks to “Frankendrew” she tries to talk to Franco through Drew’s memories, believing even though she’s talking to Drew’s conscious, she can reach Franco’s subconscious. Perhaps there is something to her approach, since people in comas frequently remember loved ones talking to them and being with them even though they cannot respond at the time, once they come out of their comas and wake up. The main reason that she had him committed is to prevent him from leaving Port Charles until Andre is well enough to try and reverse the memory transfer.

GH Spoilers – There Are Big Risks To Trying To Reverse The Memory Transfer
There are big risks in trying to reverse the memory transfer; Andre told Liz that one of four things could happen; nothing, Drew’s memories intensifying, success with Franco coming back to himself, or Franco going into a vegetative state, likely permanently. Franco would be on life support and unable to communicate or understand the rest of his life in a vegetative state. However, Elizabeth is counting on Franco’s promise that he would be back, and will continue to be ruthless in trying to dig her husband out from under Drew’s memories!
