Josh Duggar previously dated Kaeleigh Tull, (nee Holt) before he met Anna, the mom of his seven children. During his trial for downloading and possessing child porn, Counting On fans heard about the relationship between the young teens. Now that Josh has been sentenced for his crime, Kaeleigh noticed what seemed like a significant detail.
Josh Duggar – Sentenced To Federal Prison
Right up to the last moment, the legal team for the former 19 Kids and Counting star fought for a retrial. In fact, they also hoped for an acquittal or a lenient sentence. Without a retrial, Jim Bob’s eldest son faced anything from seven to 20 years behind bars. In the end, the judge rejected the motion, and the sentencing went ahead.
TLC fans felt a bit disappointed that the sentence for Josh Duggar was announced as 12 years and seven months. Many of them hoped to see that he would serve the maximum. However, even when he gets out, he’s not likely to be able to do anything wrong with his own kids. Actually, after his release, he won’t be allowed to be around children unsupervised. His ex, Kaeleigh Tull gave some thought to the outcome.
Josh Duggar – Confinement Is Significant Says, Kaeleigh Tull
TLC fans might recall that before Counting On and 19 Kids and Counting On, TLC produced a special titled 16 Children and Moving In. Way back then, Kaeleigh Holt appeared in it. In fact, she looked up to Josh, until her parents discovered that the oldest Duggar boy molested some of his younger sisters. So, some folks think the young teen dodged a bullet.
The former girlfriend of Josh Duggar sounded off in her Instagram Stories, and The Ashley’s Reality Roundup reported about it. She penned “My biggest thoughts go out to all the victims.” Additionally, she felt for Anna’s seven children as well. Interestingly, she also came up with a potentially significant aspect of the prison sentence.
Josh Duggar – The Sentence Is The Same As Mackynzie’s Age
Kaeleigh Tull noticed that the eldest child of Josh Duggar, Mackynzie is “exactly 12 years old and seven months.” So, she felt that it seemed “oddly significant.” Obviously, that makes fans wonder if the sentence of 12 years and seven months is coincidental.

By the time her dad gets out of prison, Mackynzie will be an adult, possibly with her own children. For her, life with her dad is over. Whilst some fans think that’s a good thing, others just feel terribly sorry that his family suffers for his bad choices.
What are your thoughts on the significance of the jail term for Josh being exactly the same as the number of years that his eldest daughter has been alive? Do you think it’s just a coincidence? Sound off in the comments below.

He’s a sick, twisted POS I think punishment for him could be unique. Have his show on from the very first episode to the last in the auditorium or whatever at the prison for all to see.
