Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills Erika Jayne Served Lawsuit At Airport

Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills (RHOBH) fans heard back in late 2021, that Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi faced a lawsuit for allegedly embezzling millions of dollars. So, it seemed like lots of grieving families were done out of money after the  2018 Lion Air plane crash. This week, the Bravo star had a nasty surprise awaiting her at an airport.

In December, The Daily Mail released the news that Tom allegedly embezzled proceeds of settlements. Actually, the funds were earmarked for members of victims who died in a Lion Air Flight that crashed in 2018. When Edelson PC filed the lawsuit, the claims seemed very serious indeed. It claimed that she and Tom only divorced to protect her own assets.

The filing claimed that the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star’s divorce was a sham. It said that  the “divorce” is simply a sham attempt to fraudulently protect Tom’s and Erika’s money from those that seek to collect on debts owed by Tom and his law firm GK.” Well, Bravo fans know that she never stopped denying any wrongdoing.

Erika Jayne recently went on vacation and apparently, she was in the company of Lisa Rinna in Hawaii. Page Six reported that when she landed, Erika found someone waiting for her plane to land. The outlet noted, “[she] was seen leaving the Los Angeles International Airport when a woman approached her and handed her two thick stacks of documents.” The documents pertained to a $50 Million lawsuit.

Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills page, @bravohousewives shared the news on Instagram, and plenty of people commented about it. As Lisa Rinna was also caught in a photo, one fan wrote, “OMG well there you go! She can’t lie about that one Lisa Rinna was with her.”

Other Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills fans commented on the big surprise for Erika Jayne. Obviously, she came back to earth from paradise with a hard thump. One unsympathetic fan wrote, “Walking away shaking her head with her red face, KARMA. I hope bravo gets rid of her.”

Another commenter said, “At some point, she has to be accountable for the money she spent whether she knew where it came from or not !!! It wasn’t hers to spend and continue spending.”

Not everyone slammed the RHOBH star. This comment opined, “I truly believe she had no hand in her husband’s law firm.”

Another comment that went in said, “Edelson pc has now said they are confident they could prove her involvement to a jury. would be very curious to watch this go to trial.”
