British royal family news divulges that there is yet another book about the royals set to drop, this time from a bona fide royal insider. Katie Nicholl has covered the clan for eons and her tome is already making waves ahead of its publication date.

For starters, there is the tidbit about boorish Prince Harry wanting to “mediate” his ugly behavior to a disbelieving family, with his stepmom putting the kibosh on it.

Apparently trash talker Harry thought his idea to bring in a professional peacemaker, “to solve his rift with the rest of the Royal Family,” would be an instant hit. The Daily Mail reports that upon hearing the ludicrous proposal Camilla had a fit, “over her tea.” While there is nothing wrong with mediation, there would be no need for it if Harry and Meghan had not gone on a bonfire of the vanities with Oprah Winfrey, lighting up his clan like a roman candle.

Royal Family News – New Royal Book Sheds Light on Megxit

An insider told the author that this spring Harry told his dad that he wanted to, “to clear the air,” he and Megs fouled, but his juvenile tomfoolery left things more awkward than before.

The author also claims that King Charles is not the only royal pleased to be rid of the professional troublemakers. According to her, “Prince William and wife Kate felt relief when Harry and Meghan announced their decision to move to the US, because they felt that the drama was gone.”

Royal Family News – New Book Spills the Tea

Vanity Fair has published an excerpt in which Nicholl said King Charles, then Prince of Wales, wanted to see Harry before he had an audience with the Queen in spring: “The meeting with Charles and Camilla was more awkward than their cordial tea with the queen.” Harry and Meghan were reportedly late to the meeting, keeping his father waiting and leaving only 15 minutes to catch up.

A source spilled that “[Harry] actually suggested that they use a mediator to try and sort things out, which had Charles somewhat bemused and Camilla spluttering into her tea.” Camilla is said to have told the royal runaway that his idea was “ridiculous” and that resolving their differences within the family was more than welcome. Nicholl also claims that Her Majesty was left, “hurt and exhausted,” by Megxit.
