The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Will Chance and Abby Be Genoa City’s Newest Couple?

The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) and Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) will become Genoa City’s newest couple.

This week Chance made his return in Grand style when he helped rescue Abby and the other hostages from Simon Black (Jeffrey Vincent Parise). The next day Chance visited Abby at the Grand Phoenix. The two were very flirty with each other, and Abby agreed to have a drink with Chance.

It seems like Chance and Abby are headed for romance.

Yet, their new relationship is going to be filled with complications. First off, Abby has had bad luck in the romance department. Her latest relationship with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) just ended, and even though she’s moving on, her past relationships could come back to haunt her.

The next issue is Chance’s partnership with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Chance and Adam were involved in some shady business in Las Vegas. Chance mentioned that if their secret ever go out, it would be bad news for the both of them. Abby isn’t Adam’s biggest fan, and if she ever found out Chance was involved in one of Adam’s schemes, it could mean the end of their relationship.

Another person who could spell trouble for the couple is Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). Abby and Phyllis have been at odds ever since Abby dumped Phyllis to become business partners with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan). Phyllis managed to blackmail her way into becoming Abby and Chelsea’s partner at the Grand Phoenix.

Now, she’s going to cause more trouble for Abby both professionally and personally. Phyllis is not only scheming to remove Abby from the Grand Phoenix business, but she may also steal her man. Phyllis didn’t seem too happy seeing Chance praise Abby for helping in the rescue mission. Her behavior has led to speculation that she likes Chance and is going to ruin his budding romance with Abby.

Chance and Abby have already created a buzz with Y&R fans. Some are happy that Abby’s getting a love interest and think she and Chance would be a good couple. Yet, others are going to wait and see how their relationship plays out.
