Coronation Street spoilers, news, and updates tease that there will be some tension between Max Turner (Paddy Bever) and David Platt (Jack P. Shepherd). Paddy Bever also hinted that there will be some changes in the dynamics of the pair’s relationship.

“All I can say is that you are going to see tension and you are going to see some changes between the relationship,” Bever said about Max and David’s relationship.

“The dynamics are going to change. So yes, that’s all I can say,” he teased.

Max will face some shocking accusations in upcoming scenes. It all starts when Max interviews Daryan, his new Iraqi friend. Later on, he gets a frustrating update from Mrs. Crawshaw that he can’t return to Weatherfield High because there were no available spots. Then he accuses Daryan of stealing his place after he learns that he managed to secure a slot.

As for Maria, she’ll receive a lot of online hate for rehoming refugees. She told David Platt (Jack P Shepherd) and Shona Platt (Julia Goulding) that someone even noted where she works. David becomes suspicious of Max when he refuses to let him borrow his laptop.

Although Mariah’s home address wasn’t revealed, David thinks that Max has something to do with it. He believes Max is taking revenge because he believes that Daryan was the reason why he can’t return to Weatherfield high.

A confrontation between Max and David ensues and the latter calls the police for help. Max will be interrogated and he’ll be disappointed that David didn’t believe him. Meanwhile, the latter believes that everything will come to light once the police uncover what’s in Max’s laptop.

Elsewhere, Leanne can’t rest easy until she finds out what Harvey Gaskell (Will Mellor) wants. She wants to know why he sent her a visiting order, which she and Nick Tilsley (Ben Price) agreed to ignore at first. Later on, Leanne decides to pay Harvey a visit while lying to Nick about her plans for the day.

Harvey tells Leanne that Sam has been sending him letters. He wants her to stop Sam from contacting him. Leanne updates Nick about Sam’s letters and they both confront him about it.

Sam defended himself and said he just wants to know why Harvey killed Natash. He added that he’ll stop sending letters to Harvey if Leanne and Nick agree to visit him in prison so he could get answers.
