Lola supports Theo as he is anxious on his first day at work. She will point out that he’s a great addition to the team and he has nothing to be nervous about. She will stay by his side until it’s time to work to calm his nerves.

Once he gets to work, everything goes smoother. He is excited to see that he will be working so closely with Summer. He figures out that Lola was right, and everything would be okay.

Y&R Spoilers – Kyle Abbott Gets Jealous

Kyle has never liked Lola being friends with Theo. He was close to him in New York and he knows too much about his character— or lack of anyway. So, when he learns that Lola was Theo’s biggest supporter just before his first day at Jabot, he gets jealous.

And, he knows that he has no real reason to be jealous as his marriage to Lola is solid. But he cannot shake the feeling of not liking the fact of Theo being so close to his wife. He will try to talk to his wife about it, but she will brush it off as Kyle bashing Theo again.

As Kyle worries about Theo growing closer to his wife, he will have a new issue to deal with. Y&R spoilers state that Kyle will see Summer in a new light, which could lead to unresolved feelings to pop up. If that happened, Lola would feel insecure as she has a problem with Kyle working so close to Summer, giving their past romantic connection.
