General Hospital (GH) Spoilers for Friday, December 30, 2022 tease that Dr Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) has grown quite fond of his colleague Dr Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thieband). Will his words be enough for her to change her mind and remain in Port Charles?

GH Spoilers show Dr Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) speaks with his former girlfriend, nurse Elizabeth Webber Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and promises he won’t betray her confidence. Does Liz finally reveal why she is in cahoots with her childhood friend, Prince Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma)?

Meanwhile, it appears that Nikolas Cassadine could be up to his ears in trouble, not just with the abduction of pregnant Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl), but also with his son, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) now being in the custody of his evil Uncle Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy). Port Charles Mayor and Nikolas’ mother, Laura Webber Collins (Genie Francis) is deeply concerned for the well-being of her boys and makes Nikolas an interesting offer.

General Hospital Spoilers reveal Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is more than fed up with her former stepfather and the mobfather of Port Charles, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). She meets PCPD Detective Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and his love, Samantha McCall (Kelly Monaco) at Kelly’s. She has zero qualms about informing her older “brother” that she will not feel grateful about anything. Sam looks at Joss concerned; could Joss have told them that she is involved with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) and they are working together to bring down Sonny and his organization?

General Hospital Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos’s Stolen Moments With Nina Reeves

Sonny is clearly oblivious to all his own family members who are trying to take him down, including his son, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) who will stop at nothing to put his father behind bars to protect his own growing family. He is enjoying Dr Britt Westbourne’s party with his ladylove, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). She appears to be happier than a clam as she kisses him and reminds him that this is just the beginning. How will she feel when Sonny is attacked by everyone he loves and will she continue to stick by his side?

GH Spoilers – Michael Corinthos Shocks Willow Tait

Michael Corinthos is doing everything in his power to keep his family safe, including Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) who is not only carrying his child, but is also dealing with leukemia. Although Michael and Willow have been together for quite a while and suffered through many trials and tribulations, Michael shocks Willow as he proposes to her. Will Willow accept his proposal, or is she too worried about her health and where that would leave Michael should something happen to her?

GH Spoilers – Spencer Cassadine & Trina Robinson Face Danger

Spencer Cassadine and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) have joined forces, despite their deep desires to be together. They are pretending to be a couple to draw out Esme Prince, whom they believe to be the Hook Killer. The couple is standing on the deck of The Haunted Star when they hear something frightening somewhere close to them. Will they be able to protect themselves from the real Hook Killer?

In the meantime, Esme seems to be pleased with herself as she shows a match and whispers, “It won’t be long now!” Will her plan work? Can she start a fire and be able to escape with her unborn baby?

General Hospital Spoilers – Laura Collins’s Offer

Nikolas Cassadine has been ridden with guilt as of lately. He wants to reunite with his son, but cannot do so while he is holding a pregnant Esme hostage; something only him, his staff and Liz know about. Laura visits Windemere and is awfully disappointed to find out that Nik and Liz have rekindled their illicit affair. Laura wants nothing more than to keep her son and grandson safe. She offers Nikolas a chance to start his life over again with a clean slate. Will the Prince take his mother up on the offer?

Back on The Haunted Star, Liz meets up with Finn and shares some important information with him. He promises not to betray her and whatever she tells him will not be revealed to anyone. Will Liz confess what is really going on and will Finn be able to forgive her for her lies?

GH Spoilers – Austin Holt Pleads With Britt Westborne

Austin and Britt have not really been that close since the Quartermaine heir arrived in Port Charles but he seems to have her best interest at heart; or it seems he does as he begs her to reconsider and remain in Port Charles. Is Austin asking this for Dr Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) sake, or does he genuinely care about Britt and wants to help care for her as she copes with the side effects of having Huntington’s Disease?
