Vanderpump Rules spoilers reveal that the cheating scandal just turned legal. And when Raquel Leviss discovered a sexually explicit video had gone viral, the Vanderpump Rules star called lawyers. As a result, her attorneys cited a California law against revenge porn in taking action.
Find out about the intimate video featuring Raquel. And learn what actions her attorneys took. Get all the details below.
Vanderpump Rules Spoilers – Raquel Leviss Gets Legal
Raquel Leviss recently learned that a sexually explicit video showing a FaceTime session with Tom Sandoval went viral. And that session reportedly recorded what happened when Sandoval broke up with Ariana Madix amid cheating rumors. As a result of the intimate contents, Leviss enlisted her lawyers, reported Page Six.
Because some of Raquel’s Vanderpump Rules co-stars received a copy of that video, her attorneys sent letters to them asking them to delete the clip and stop sending it to others. And the lawyers for the 28-year-old also revealed that the session was recorded “illegally without [her] knowledge or consent.” Because of California’s law against revenge porn, that recording constitutes a crime.
The revenge porn law bans invading individuals’ privacy by sending out “non-consensual pornography.” However, the letter did not reveal who recorded it. But rumors hint that Sandoval, 39, made the recording. The letter focuses on asking those who received the video to stop sending it to others and to delete it from phones or “any other manner or method in which the recording may exist.”
Vanderpump Rules Spoilers – Bravo TV Films ‘Scandoval’
The cheating scandal turned into heartbreak for Madix, 37, and scorn for Sandoval and Leviss. And Ariana reportedly felt shocked when she viewed that sexually explicit video on his phone. As a result of discovering the two carried on a secret affair for months without her knowledge, Madix felt completely “blindsided and heartbroken,” shared an insider.
And beyond Ariana’s heartbreak over Tom cheating, she feels hurt by Leviss. She had considered the other woman a friend. But the rest of the Vanderpump Rules cast seemed equally shocked. And many turned to social media to express anger. As for the show itself, Bravo TV dusted off its cameras and began filming the scandal and its aftermath promptly.

Because of the decision to film the scandal for Vanderpump Rules episodes this year, the cast has taken turns filming confessionals. For instance, James Kennedy stepped in front of the cameras to discuss his views. And Kennedy took the spotlight for a scene called “Scandoval.” Spoilers tease that confessional and others will air during Vanderpump Rules season 10. “We have resumed filming on #PumpRules and this story will be unfolding on camera,” Bravo promised in a teaser.
