B&B spoilers for Wednesday, March 22 reveal that fans will see the return of Stephen Logan. Just like in November 2022, Stephen will arrive in town with Lucy.

Soap Opera Digest published a photo that shows Stephen talking to Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) while Lucy stands nearby with a concerned look on her face.

It is already confirmed that Stephen will blast Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) to Brooke.

Even though Brooke chose herself instead of Ridge, she is still heartbroken. Brooke isn’t sure which direction to go in her life in regard to her heart. Brooke told Ridge to do some soul-searching. Brooke also rejected Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan). Brooke did have dinner recently with the bartender at Il Giardino’s but wasn’t ready to take it any further.

What Brooke doesn’t realize is that Ridge hasn’t been soul-searching. Instead, Ridge is on a mission with Bill and the FBI to take down Sheila for good.

Even though Bill is determined to get Sheila to confess to “unimaginable” crimes, she hasn’t given up any information yet. So, Bill needs to get Sheila to trust him even more.

That leads to Bill taking a big step with Sheila. It is teased that Bill will propose marriage to Sheila. However, will that really make Sheila trust Bill enough to confess?
