According to the latest edition of The National Enquirer, Meghan Markle is apparently taking her gloves off and is looking to battle with Gwyneth over her lifestyle branding.

As many fans are probably already aware, there are reports that suggest Meghan is wanting to bring back her lifestyle blog, The Tig, so she can talk about food, fashion, health and more. Apparently, Meghan wants to be just as big as Gwyneth’s Goop, and if not bigger.

Yet, one source close to the situation even says that Gwyneth is not even concerned about what kind of competition that Meghan may or may not bring to the table. The source said, “There are plenty other more successful sites to target and rivals she takes away more seriously – like Jennifer Lopez and Jessica Alba.”

And while there’s a chance that Meghan Markle might give Gwyneth Paltrow a good run for her money should she decide to bring The Tig back to life, Gwyneth is not losing her cool just yet. That, and she also won’t give up her top spot without a fight, either.

The insider said, “For Gwyneth, this is like a red rag to a bull. She’s still 100 percent committed to her brand and doesn’t take kindly to upstart imposters trying to belittle her and knock her off her perch. It’s going to get ugly – especially as they both live in Montecito. Meghan’s encroaching on Gwyneth’s territory and targeting her entire audience.”
