General Hospital Spoilers: Drew Scores Last Minute Save, Remembers Operation Demeter Location?

General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) could score a last minute save as some of his pre-2016 memories return. He’ll remember the Operation Demeter location, and it turns out to be the same as the Venezuelan Cassadine compound Laura Collins (Genie Francis) remembers.

General Hospital Spoilers – Navy Took Over Old Cassadine Compound, Then Abandoned?

Apparently after the Ice Princess incident when Mikkos Cassadine (John Colicos) nearly froze the world, the Cassadines lost several compounds that they once had, after he died. Tony Cassadine (Andre Landzaat) also perished in the compound on Cassadine Island, and Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) was imprisoned but presumed dead until 2014, then presumed dead again. One was in Venezuela, and apparently the Navy took over that old compound for use in Operation Demeter, but later it was abandoned.

Drew’s memory is triggered by joining in on the search and takedown effort of Victor after being told about the possibility of Victor’s destination being in Venezuela. He realizes that could be the compound the Navy had taken over when Operation Demeter was in force was also in Venezuela.

GH Spoilers – Drew Cain And Curtis Ashford Team Up Once Again

There will be several groups going after Victor, from the WSB to the International Coast Guard, also known as Southcom pertaining to their presence around South America. Drew and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will team up and go on their own, possibly with a WSB or former WSB member once Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is verified kidnapped. But Curtis begs Port Charles Police Commissioner Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) to let him help, before him and Drew team up-promising they’ll never see him coming. Previously, what broke Jordan’s marriage up with Curtis is when she would not let him help her find a kidnapped TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) because she considered him a “civilian”. Considering what happened to other civilians who helped recently, Eileen Ashby (Heather Mazur) and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) for instance, it’ll probably be a hard pass even with Curtis’ experience.

General Hospital Spoilers – Going “Rogue”

Curtis and Drew will be welcomed by the WSB, Sonny Corinthos, (Maurice Benard) Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and others on the team. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will want in on the action of taking his father down even though he will be torn, and want to stay with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). She’ll encourage him to join the takedown team, however, which will also likely include Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis).

Laura will not want to just stay home and wait for word on her grandsons, Spencer and Ace Prince-Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez, Joey and Jay Clay). They’ll all go over Jordan’s head and get the search underway, with Robert refusing to press charges against Anna, like Jordan said must be done-he explained that!
