Jennifer Lopez Is Having Problems Raising Her Kids

Now this is something that we can all relate to. Actress and singer Jennifer Lopez recently admitted that she’s finding it quite difficult parenting her two teenage twins, Max and Emme. In fact, she calls it a very challenging time for her right now as it feels like an uphill battle for her. Here’s what you need to know.

As many fans know already, Jennifer shares her twins with her ex-husband, Marc Anthony. Now that they are both 15, Jennifer says that they’ve become young adults that always don’t follow the rules.

Jennifer put it this way, “They’re, like, challenging everything and looking at everything. Which is great, for our world. I think they’re going to change the world, to be quite honest and make it so much better, so much better than what we did.”

Thankfully Jennifer has a little help from her husband Ben Affleck, who has become a fantastic stepfather. Ben also shares three children with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner: Violet, Seraphina and Sam. Jennifer Lopez says that Ben is a wonderful father who has shown more patience then she has these last several months.

“He’s fantastic. He really steps up to the challenge of what that is and what that means, and they love him, and they appreciate him, and so do I,” added the singer.

What’s Next For Ben Affleck And Jennifer Lopez?

With so many teenagers in the house, it’s no wonder that Ben has to have a lot of patience in order to survive. A separate report suggested that Ben and Jen were actually thinking of having another baby, too. The couple is said to be very eager to have a baby together via IVF and have been interviewing prospective surrogates.

One source close to the situation even puts it this way, “She’s driving Ben up the wall. She’s too damn picky and indecisive. Ben is on board with the idea of starting a family with his bride, but the endless quest for perfection is really burning him out.”

The insider said, “It’s costing them hundreds of thousands in lost fees because she keeps agreeing and then changing her mind at the last minute. But even more frustrating for Ben is all the time they are wasting. Between that and the surrogate struggle, there’s been a lot of tension between them lately. Ben’s patient but he’s got his limits – and he’s reached them!”
