Below Deck Spoilers – Daisy Kelliher Doesn’t Enjoy ‘Love Triangle’

When chief stew Daisy Kelliher signed up for her third season of Below Deck Sailing Yacht, she didn’t anticipate ending up on the love boat. But with her co-star Colin Macrae single for the first time, Daisy got caught in a love triangle with Colin as well as always-single-and-ready-to-mingle co-star Gary King. However, Kelliher told the Daily Star that Gary “definitely in the wrong.”

And the chief stew admitted to “a bit of a love triangle. Me and Colin hook up,” said Daisy. “And Gary’s like, ‘I’m jealous, I like you’. And then of course Colin’s p***ed off, understandably.”

But Kelliher clarified why she feels that Gary caused all the problems. As Below Deck Sailing Yacht viewers know, King has earned a reputation as a ladies’ man, flirting with any and all female crew members. But during that time, Gary didn’t make a point of seeking to get serious with Daisy. As a result, she feels he “was definitely in the wrong, he gave me no intention over the last few years that he had any sort of feeling for me or wanted anything from me.”

And Daisy shared that Gary also never told his close friend Colin that he felt serious about Kelliher. Because Gary never revealed his emotions to Daisy or Colin, she believes he tried to “stir trouble. But then you don’t want to upset your friend. I don’t want to upset Gary, Colin doesn’t want to upset him.”

However, Daisy admitted she remains unsure about Gary’s motives in pursuing her. And she shared that she tried to understand if Gary genuinely wants a relationship with her or if he just enjoys stirring the pot. “But I’m like, ‘Is this genuine or are you just trying to cause trouble?’ It was a difficult one to navigate.”

And the Below Deck Sailing Yacht chief stew teased what happens next.” Colin finds something out that he doesn’t like, which will come out,” hinted Daisy. And that discovery “causes a lot of drama between everyone.” As a result, Daisy feels the new season of the show ranks as her most challenging on a personal level.

“I definitely felt a pressure this season,” admitted Kelliher. “It just never gets easier. “Every season I’m like, ‘I know what I’m doing, it’s gonna be OK.’  And I should not think like that or say those words because it never is.” But despite the tough season, Daisy also enjoyed “a lot of good times as well. It’s nice being able to watch and be like, yeah, we actually laughed a lot. It was one of my favorite crews for sure.”
