Even though they’ve managed to throw the royal family under the bus in more ways than one and have also shaded King Charles with Meghan Markle refusing to attend his coronation and Prince Harry only being there for a couple of hours, it seems like King Charles refuses to be petty about it.

IN fact, there’s a new report that suggests there’s a solid reason as to why the King of England won’t strip the Duke and Duchess of Sussex from their titles. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

King Charles Refuses To Degrade Harry And Meghan For This Reason

For the longest time now, there have been calls for King Charles to do what he’s got to do, and that’s ban Harry and Meghan from using their Sussex titles in public. But he hasn’t done that yet.

Royal butler Grant Harrold believes that King Charles doesn’t want to rock the boat, so to speak. He put it this way, “I know a lot of people think that King Charles should strip Harry of his royal title. Kings and Queens would historically strip royal titles for treason to the crown.

I think Charles is damned if he does, and damned if he doesn’t when it comes to Harry. I think it’s best to just let sleeping dogs lie. At the moment, I think there’s not a real justified reason for him to strip Harry’s Duke of Sussex title.”

He continued, “Another reason he probably won’t is that the Queen gave it to Harry as a gift. For Charles to take the title off Harry, he’s taking a gift from his mother away from her grandchild.
