She might not be able to see them as often as she would like, but she’s apparently fine with it. There’s a new report that says Britney Spears is absolutely fine with Kevin Federline’s plans to move his family, which include their sons Sean Preston and Jayden James, to Hawaii.

As many fans know, Britney currently resides in Southern California with her husband, Sam Asghari, which means that she won’t be able to see her kids as much as she would like. According to Page Six, Britney is absolutely “okay” with Kevin moving their sons to Hawaii, while a lawyer for the singer is slamming all of the “unnecessary drama” surrounding reports about the move.

It’s also been noted that Sean Preston turns 18 in September and will no longer be considered a minor while his brother Jayden is “nearing the age of maturity.”

The dancer’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan says, “To her credit, Britney Spears will not interfere with and consents to the relocation,” adding that he did not anticipate a dispute over the matter.

However, Britney’s lawyer did slam Kevin Federline for releasing videos of her berating her sons last year. He also was none too pleased with the fact that Kevin and his son Jayden were interviewed by a British television crew about all of their back-and-forth drama with Britney last year.

Kevin said that he felt the need to release the videos just to show the world what his sons were dealing with whenever they were with their mother behind closed doors.

Britney Spears – Doesn’t Want Anymore Drama

Brit’s lawyer added in his statement, “I was particularly concerned because your client previously — and appallingly — violated their privacy, while egregiously violating Britney’s privacy, by releasing a private video of Britney with her children, which was preceded by a tabloid television interview.”

So far Britney Spears herself has not made any comments about the matter.
